We stayed here for 1 night after a long flight from the US. We were heading to Mombasa the next morning
The front desk lady was courteous, kind and very helpful. Her name was Maureen. I would recommend the management recognize her for her customer service
I would definitely stay here again

Stayed twice over a 7day period at this comfortable and well run hotel close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained with amenities. Onsite restaurant has a wide selection for bfast, lunch & dinner and were well prepared. Thank you.

only the downside is the road outside hotel aint smooth
its like taking free massage in and out of hotel
but i assume the price will reflect to the road condition once its fixed

If you’re used to staying at a hotel in Africa, this place is perfectly fine. If you think you’re traveling in America, you may be disappointed a bit. I stay in this place every time I go through JKIA. They pick me up at the airport, for a nominal fee. Maurine is wonderful at the front desk. Other helpful people carry my bags. The bed is adequate. Have plenty of warm water for the shower.
