I got the comfortable, clean, and spacious room with water fountain view. Overall, a really great hotel, one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! The staff are so nice, kind, and friendly. Thank you so much to Mr. Sigit C. Sugianto for the helpful service. My first trip in Macau has been so memorable and good. Will certainly return again! See you next time.

Very happy to stay in Grand Hyatt Macau, even only one night, we booked 8 rooms. We arrived in the morning, we put our luggage in the concierge and we explored the city. All the staff is very kind and helpful, especially Jack Wu, he is very helpful when we check in the hotel. Will stay here again when we go back to Macau, the room is very comfortable, clean, and so big, the facilities are also great.

Great customer service and beautiful hotel. I was staying in Grand Hyatt Macau for 2 nights and would go to HK airport straight from Macau. The concierge (Mr. Sigit) + all of the staff were very helpful and attentive. He made arrangements for us so that our journey from Macau to HK airport would be effortlessly. Greatly recommend.

Sigit Sugianto, the concierge staff was extremely helpful to advise the best option to go directly to the Macau border instead of taking the ferry due to baggage check-in service and tax refund of HKD120, so we ended up throwing away our ferry tickets as it saves time, cost, and effort to drag our heavy luggage. Thank you so much for having an asset like Sigit who made us feel welcome and well attended. We will certainly visit Grand Hyatt again as the location is perfect and there is a direct shuttle bus from the Macau border or ferry terminal to take us to the hotel 👍.

這次來澳門住了威尼斯人以及君悅，兩間飯店住宿價格其實是差不多的，但是比較下來君悅的服務以及房間維護大大優於威尼斯人，我想特別提服務這塊，從Check-in的接待員，到餐廳的廚師，真的可以感覺到我們這次遇到的員工是很用心在提供更完善.更好的服務在服務我們，以這次在吃早餐遇到的廚師為例，我點了現做Waffle，後來去拿其他餐點，原本想說晚點再回去拿，結果完全忘了，後來想到才回去拿，原本以為應該是要吃冷掉的Waffle了，結果廚師竟然跟我說都冷了不急的話，他幫我重做吧熱熱吃比較好吃，做好後還拿到我位置上給我，服務完全沒話說，當然食物也很好吃啦，舉凡像這樣多一點點貼心的小舉動，在我們住宿期間不斷出現，讓我們一家人對這次的住宿體驗感到非常滿意，房間內的空間很大，也很乾淨，雖然樓下購物的店家不像威尼斯人這麼多，但是下次我應該會選擇君悅，畢竟要購物過條馬路就到威尼斯人了，給大家參考

I was much looking forward to staying at Grand Hyatt Cotai again, as it was 9mths ago since my last visit. Living up to its highest standard, Grand Hyatt Cotai never disappointed me indeed!
Great to see all those familiar faces (Ken, Victor & Cindy) again at Grand Club, who are extremely professional and model examples to demonstrate the true Grand Hyatt standard! Great to see the new face (Joseph from Korea) too!
The breakfast range at Mezza9 was very impressive and surprised too! The seafood congee was so tasty and unforgettable!!!
I am already looking forward to my next return, and will choose to stay there again for my next family trip! Thank you!

It was a comfortable stay but in my room there were issues like the toilet sliding door wasn’t closing properly we tried to fix it but the toilet door kept open and the toilet flush system doesn’t work it kept leaking.

Absolutely outstanding services at the lobby. We checked out in the morning and the gentleman offered to book restaurant and taxi for us. When my baby needed a nursing room, they offered to let us change in their property privately. Their thoughts of helping is amazing! It’s quite pricy though and breakfast is so so
