Our stay at Angsana was truly a stay in Paradise!
From the absolutely amazing breakfast buffet to the luxurious rooms, it was truly 5-star in all aspects. Restaurant staff were always willing to go the extra mile for us, which was so appreciated.
The beach was gorgeous… soft fine sand and the ocean was stunning and so warm.
A huge shout out to our housekeeper, Masum. Our room was so well maintained and he never failed to help when we had questions. His turn-down service was luxury personified. Thank you for making our stay absolutely amazing!

Realy nice resort hotel butit is far from tourist attrctions. Breakfast has a lot.of variety but the quality was not as strong. Recommend for staycation but visitors new to Penangwould benefit from closer location to Georgetown.

Such a wonderful property. We loved the view from our room, the aromatherapy in the evening and the quietness of the property. The staff were nice. We had a slight hiccup with a discount but the manager corrected it immediately. That was a really nice gesture. Thank you.

Rooms are nice and large. Staff were poorly trained but very polite. Service was very slow (15 minute gap between first and last served meal). Lots of kids which is fine if you have them - less so if adult only travel. Breakfast was mediocre quality and crowded. Pool area has limited shaded options. Not a 5 star experience.

Staff is friendly and service is fast when you called. Breakfast is okay, they didn’t top up when Im there around 940.Some of the food is finished. Beach is clean and good. Property finishing is rough it should be finer since it’s a 5 star Hotel.

5 Stars. Family Orientated Hotel. Attention to details is impeccable. Housekeeping automatically added in an Extra Bed, Comforter, Pillow without the need to ask. Nice Infinity Pool and Game Room. Deluxe Room with Partitioned Living and Breathtaking View of Teluk Bahang was priceless. Overall, super satisfied.
