Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur

I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it off. Another major disappointment is breakfast. The hotel does not have its own cafe so it is cooperating with a small restaurant nearby to provide breakfast to its guests. The breakfast there was just terrible. I have been staying in more than 100 hotels and never had breakfast that bad. No choice, no taste and no service. That restaurant has a below 2.0 score in google reviews. I had my breakfast at McDonald the next day even I had paid for it already.

经hotel.com订的酒店价格比我以前订的高卻配给最差的房间，此酒店我去年十月及今年二月升级房間都住过，此次連浴缸都没有，酒店服务差了，湿的浴巾不替换，最后一晚小毛巾都不供应，在check in時查不到我第四晚的订单，雖然显示了確認的电邮，酒店卻不主动和hotel.com联络一下，要我本人亲自再查询，hotel.com说我分开订所以分开单，我只收到一个四晚的确认，那是分开订的原因吗，下次不再找hotel.com订票了，太差的网站服务，酒店服务也不行了

一進入房間就會被整體空間大小嚇到, 非常大, 就像一間大套房似的, 有廚房, 有儲物間, 沙發跟書桌當然也是有, 跟我後面住的希爾頓或是W比較, CP值爆表, 非常推薦選擇此飯店! 從機場選擇機場快線到KL Sentral, 走進Nu Sentral, 到達UG樓, 走人行道3分鐘就到飯店, 非常的方便. 因為距離KL Sentral近, 所以要去任何的地方都方便.

空間寬敞，打掃得很乾淨，而且設備很高級，附近交通飲食也都很方便！

距離Kl Sentra 3分鐘直行，服務好，泊車每次出入MYB 6，房間好大，大致上好好，只係最後一晚發現有一隻曱甴仔，美中不足

It is in the central part of the city and in the middle of everywhere. The hotel is comfy but the swimming pool is a bit small, other than that, everything is fine.

when I came into the room, there was food smell inside the room. At that time, I tried to use the air condition to remove out the smell, but it didn't work. Don't know why. However, this hotel is still one of my choose to stay in KL.

房裡有很多插座已經是轉過的，不帶轉接頭也沒關係; 附近的Brick Field有很多好吃的印度菜; 交通方便

離車站5分鐘內，飯店人員親切，小廚房廚具齊全，價位不算貴，適和短期居住哦。我很喜歡衛浴設備，連盥洗都用歐舒丹的，馬上就加了很多分數!

impressed on the kitchen in the room. Also the coffee machine inside the room is excellent (not instant coffee but Nespresso coffee machine with 2 free coffee ball)

酒店工作人员非常友善，并且很周到。房间非常大，带厨房，下次来旅游可以带全家来。

Location is good, close to KL Sentral station. Breakfast is quite delicious, though not with many choices. Room is spacious.

飯店給人的感覺很好，飯店乾淨，服務親切，但如何從中環車站平安的抵達飯店，如果可以在網頁上在詳細說明會更好

因臨近中環車站，所以要從飯店前往任何地方，都很方便！附近也有3間生鮮超市，要買紀念品、伴手禮，也十分足夠！而中環車站旁，也有一間百貨公司，所以吃東西，也有很多選擇！
