We absolutely loved our stay here, it's such a beautiful resort and the service is excellent. The pool is wonderful and always plenty of sunbeds. The food is great, with two restaurants to choose from and a good variety on the menu. The buffet is quite expensive compared to the a la carte menu. We enjoyed the pool bar and beach bar and selection of cocktails.
We loved our trial diving and our snorkeling trip, where we saw small sharks and a turtle. There's a buggy service to take you anywhere around the hotel at any time. I also enjoyed the free yoga class next to the sea. Service everywhere is always brilliant.

The only negative, a really hard bed. We requested a mattress topper which got sent to a teenagers next door. There beds were fine ro begin with.
Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Long journey to the island but worth it. Upgraded the room to seaview from garden-view with RM100 but in fact both the room types are equally close to the beach so not that worth it. Beach is clean, sea water clear, could just snorkel anyway. Toilet amenities no toothbrush and tooth paste but we brought ourselves so no big deal. Toilet flush not working well. Staff friendly and helpful. Island is safe, could just wander around with good food at the village.

酒店前天服务人员态度不好，其他服务人员态度还不错，房间很旧，设施等不好，酒店自助餐还是不要去吃的好，真心那个不好吃啊，以后再去刁曼的话是不会再入住这家度假村了。

住這酒店是要長途拔踄,有專車接送由機場到酒店. 而酒店有點與世隔絕的感覺,如果不想在酒店的餐廳用餐,除了可在酒店大門外的馬來餐廳用膳外,若要去其他餐廳就要行很遠,或叫車出去
酒店的工作人員好像不太熱心幫忙,我們發問時都只會答一兩句,不會詳細解釋. 例如我問是否有車從酒店出機場,我想出去買東西. 他們說有是有,但每日都不同時間,所以說不定.. 又不肯告知我每日的班次,我感到很不被幫助的感覺
我是住Superior Chalet,房間是舒適的,幸好我的房間近餐廳和lobby,挺方便
沙灘很長很漂亮,海水很清,但浪較大,近岸較多珊瑚碎,會刮腳. 泳池有滑梯,很適合小朋友玩
黃昏時有猴子出沒,真的不要跟牠們走太近,有些較惡的會追著人

酒店所在位置很好，有车接送至机场。基本方便。酒店服务员都很热情，对提问和要求都能够基本满意答复。就是酒店物价加价不少，比较贵了。
酒店设施不很新了，但是房间还算干净，住宿比较舒适。能睡个好觉。
酒店内能够看见不少动物，猴子，蜥蜴，因为在山脚下。不过海里面动物也不少，看见了海鳗和鲨鱼。

Vi var där i lågsäsong, det var rent om än ganska slitet och nedgånget. Personalen var inte tillräckligt bra på engelska för att arbeta med turister. Många tråkiga missförstånd uppstod. Många faciliteter och allt fanns på plats även om det var lite rustikt.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Zeit hier und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Anlage wirklich schön und das Essen sehr gut. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern hier, die besonders die Poolanlage toll fanden! Auch die Massagen sind zu empfehlen. Wir würden wieder kommen!
