檳城希爾頓逸林度假酒店

I am very disappointing to the beach, it was actually a stone beach which was not suitable for swimming. Room was spacious, tidy but a bit aging! Also, we bought package with breakfast and dinner, a la carte is ok, but last day, we have buffet and only have choices of curry, even less food or choices than breakfast!

Though there are problems in the room like "noisy" air conditioning and water dripping, the service desk responded quickly for solution. Good service in front desk and restaurants, but there is room for improvement for those staff in the souvenir shop. Overall experience is good and its a good place for vacation.

房間寛敞，我住的有海景和露台，非常舒遍。早餐款式多，泳池和免費泊車，標準resort。酒店離Batu Ferringhi 約10分鐘車程，適合自駕遊。

In room facilities are good and room size spacious ( we are in a family suites) but entertainment facilities are either too small ( the swimming pool) or always broken down ( billiards and table tennis ), which is not supposed to be for a Hilton, even in the Double Tree category! House keeping is helpful in providing down pillows and room make up are done properly. Good variety of food and super nice manager ( Baiharn ? ) at breakfast but cost too much for room services meal! Over experience is, pick this Hilton at Penang, as no better choice, really!!!!

Rooms are clean and tidy. The check-in staff Heng is extremely friendly. Will definitely book this one again. Breakfast was nice and plenty of selection.

The hotel is great! The location is quiet. The dinner buffet was gorgeous! The only problem was the bath sink was severely blocked and water flowed out to the washroom floor. I was always rushed out every morning and have forgot to tell the front desk. My parents' room was perfectly fine. Other than that, it was a great hotel!

那天是我为了庆祝我小儿子的生日而住的，酒店员工知道，但没有任何的表示，一句生日快乐也没有，我很不满意！我住的时候，很多人，没能享受到凌静的假期，游泳池很多小孩，很不幽静！ 但地方是不错，员工很友好，员工很乐意的帮助！晚上我儿子吃太饱而呕到房间，一个电话打去，很快就来帮我处理了！

This is a very new hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful! Breakfast room is rather comfortable and the food is plenty.

整體也很好，美中不足是房內冷氣系統~ 如果選項Auto，冷氣風口會突然吹大風。 但就算如果選項Low，冷氣風口直吹床位置，感覺不太舒適。

整體上還不錯，只是美中部足的是浴室設施和出水量都稍嫌簡陋和小一些

很有度假風情，不過遠離市區，附近沒有食店商場，如果喜歡購物觀光，這兒則欠奉。由於位處偏遠，搭早機的朋友需要預先訂車，因為未必訂到grab。房間裡沒有桌子，但牆壁半腰位置卻有幾個電制，都不知道怎樣充電，哇咔咔！

划算的價格享受五星級的渡假村飯店設備與服務。這兒的員工都親切友善，在這可以很放鬆。

Room was un-serviced (in-explained) for two nights out of the five nights. Please refer to the photos attached.) I had to physically go to the storeroom to get toothpaste and tooth brushes, clean mugs, toilet paper, and clean towels almost every night. Staff members at the concierge were uninformed or under-informed of basic tourist information (eg where is the nearest teller machine). Last but not least, I have to use my phone and phone stand for GPS guidance on the way to the airport after noticing the hotel driver’s mistakes (twice) in taking the right route with his smart phone placed on his lap when driving. Really surprised that this resort is a member of the Hilton Group. It’s definitely a liability to the Group.

Frequency of the shuttle bus need to be increased (e.g. 4 times per day, 2 times in am and pm respectively).

The reception haven‘t informed that the free wifi only free for 24 hours and the guest need to join the member to obtain free wifi. Under this circumstance, i have charged by the hotel due to i misunderstand that he wifi services were free. The reception should inform us in this case that we will be charged for the wifi service
