Conveniently located with lots of food/restaurants, shopping mall & banks. Just need a table lamp so that we can do some work during the night. Overall, I will return to stay here again as this is already my 2nd stay.

A very nice, strategic and comfortable hotel except for two things: 1. The bathtub in my room is leaking and we could see the water drained out and wet the floor. Other than that, all excellent. 2. The staff should be more friendlier.

This hotel has a good location, but their service was not a good. Room a little bit small. A girl at reception counter has very bad service and very arrogant and not helpful. Very disappointed service. Hope they can improve on that next time.

My relatives stay for 3 nights. But the stay is horrible experience. The bathroom tempered glass suddenly cracked and exploded by itself, glass chipping flied all over, injured till whole body bleeding. My relatives have to get treatment by own and back hotel by own, even hotel manager refuse to discuss further or pay for compensation, never plan to met up negotiate, irresponsible! Their excuse is this is budget hotel, not capable to compensate. Ridiculous!! If a person buy a food product, even cheap and being intoxicated, I believe compensation is a must, furthermore this incident injured whole body. Thus, this hotel is not safe to stay as never protect their own guest. Please think twice before stay as it is at your own risk, life in your own hands.

The room is big but a little bit old, the floor inside the room is a bit sticky maybe that's why they provide slippers. Tony, the person who served me is like a robot with good script, I don't feel "warm" service from him. Don't even smile at all.

Terrible. They will call if you late check-in. I wonder they will release the room to new guest if I say I am not checked-in because full house on that night. Need RM100 of security deposit, even I am stay in 4 star hotel no need deposit. Full of warning in the room example 'If shower broken need to pay', 'if tower dirty with stain can't be clean need to pay' and etc. Roof leaking in the room. Can feel spring on bed. Lastly, they will warn you to check out before 12 noon.

Bilik yang luas dan selesa, bersih, ada penunjuk arah khiblat, bilik air yang bersih. Walaubagaimana pun penggunaan internet tidak berfungsi begitu juga dengan siaran TV. Mohon pihak hotel beri tumpuan kepada perkara tersebut. Please take action jangan baca msg ni tidak ada apa-apa tindakan diambil.

Should train well the front desk staff how to communicate politely with guest/customer. Staff in-charged at night shift on 22nd January 2019 need to improve her problem solving skill and customer service and the most important thing please don't wasting time to talk bad about customer at their back.

Hotel yang hanya cukup untuk tidur, dan dalam perjalanan bisnis cukup oke, namun jika pergi bersama keluarga hotel ini kurang cocok, lokasi strategis dekat mal, banyak makanan halal, namun untuk kamar mandi ada banyak peringatan denda dan ada beberapa yang rusak. Secara kebersihan hotel ini cukup oke.
