重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

i. Refundable Deposit Our hotel will collect a refundable deposit of RM 50 to guarantee incidentals during your stay with us. ii. Check In / Out Timings Check in time is at 3pm onwards and check out time is at 12.00 Noon sharp. Extension of check out timing is subjected to availability and additional charges may apply. iii. Minimum check-in age is age 18. Kindly contact hotel for late check-in & last-minute booking. For No Show, reservation will be forfeited and room will be released automatically. iv. On 01 April 2014, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. Please note, effective 01 January 2025, hotel will collect this fee this fee directly from guests upon check-out. Mandatory charges: 1. Heritage tax: MYR4 per room per night 2. Non-Malaysian is subject to tourism tax MYR10 per room per night. **Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.

I didn't know that the room I booked is coming with a bath tub and my nephew really enjoyed this. Room a bit large and the kids keep running. Breakfast is OK and the kuetiau that morning is really delicious. Parking is OK because have a lot of parking. Pool is OK and it just that the toilet have this unpleasant odour even not in use and well my mom complained about the mat. Well hotel mat its a bit musty smell but anyhow overall is OK. We enjoyed our short time here.

Old Hotel with problems. Toilet bowl stuck, change to another room with air con not working, change to 3rd room with basin stuck. A tired experience staying here.

The pool was so dirty. My son found a hair a rubbish in the pool. Breakfast was okay. Simple breakfast. Can do more than that. The room. I need to wait more than 3 hours for room to cool unfortunately it doesn't. The maintenance came and telling us he will top up the gas and he come back and said the gas was full. Calling receptionist from my room never pickup. Need to go downstairs and tell regarding the room. Housekeeping come and give us a key for another room. Thank you for that. They will charge RM30 for the baby cot instead I go any hotel previously they never charge for the baby cot. Baby cot not extra bed. Come on. And I need to pay that in cash. They don't accept debit card for the baby cot. Pft. If need extra card they will charge for RM20 but it refundable.
