Don't judge by the look from outside. This hotel is much better than some known hotels. It exceeded my expectations and was worth the money. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Breakfast served is simply not acceptable. Set breakfast served is in horrible state chill not fresh at all. They served left over food served after Sahur. Don't mind serving Sahur left over food but least you should have the courtesy to heat up, warm up the food before you served us. No justification for the money you are charging us. Please treat the minority whom have chosen to stay here with fresh breakfast. Suppose to be buffet breakfast but served set breakfast it's ok taking into consideration the limited occupants but for heaven sake served as the right, quality breakfast we deserved. I will post to all the other hotels booking network if no action taken. TV channels are not viewable at all. The rooms we booked should come with all the basic application. Reason stated using Internet as transmission is not clear. What kind of reason is this. You are suppose to let the rooms with near perfect condition. Why don't you tell your clients upfront before booking on TV transmission issue. Hotel charge us and deliver us rubbish.

Bilik tidak memuaskan, siaran TV tidak jelas dan channel langsung tidak menarik, air conditioning bocor dan air menitik dalam bilik, bellboy tiada untuk bantu angkat barang, lift terlalu kecil dan pintu tutup terlalu cepat membahayakan pengguna, kadar harga agak mahal berbanding dengan keadaan bilik yang diberi

Balkoni bilik penuh dengan rokok. Tidak disapu dengan bersih, perlu call bahagian receptionist untuk dibersihkan. Sangat mengecewakan padahal hotel bertaraf 4 bintang.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Appreciate it! The Ramadhan Buffet so tasty. Will definitely come back for the stay!

Bilik ok, breakfast ok cuma kurang pilihan, semua ok lah, cuma rasanya swimming pool tu harus rajin dibersihkan, sebab bila mandi air tu rasa berlendir dan berbau, and tak nampak pon proses circulation air tu berlaku, air yang bertakung kat bawah pool tu penuh dengan daun bulu burung, kotor, and lagi satu anak anak saya semua kena jangkitan bakteria selepas mandi di pool sini. So pihak hotel rajin-rajin lah bersihkan pool, suruh staff tu try mandi kolam tu ok ke tak, belendir ke, kesian anak-anak muntah-muntah n cirit birit.

Over claimed as 4 stars hotel. Towel is like budget hotel.
