Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Deposit 0 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

This amount is to be collected by the hotel, on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, upon check-out. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempt from paying this tax.

saya booking utk 3 orang dewasa dgn twin bed dan 1 sofa bed tapi setelah sampai katanya tdk ada twin bed dan hanya ada king size bed utk 2 orang dan kami komplen kenapa alat mandi hanya utk 2 orang dan pihak mereka jawab seenaknya saja

Everything is OK👍. Best location. Closed to sunway medical centre. And doorstep to sunway mall. The only thing that I missed is the lobby operation hours 8am to 12am. Please remember time to check in or check out. Anyway. Nice place to stay. Thanks

Kami menginap 3 malam di sini karena ada acara di Sunway Pyramid. Menyenangkan sekali karena letaknya yang tepat di atas mall, sehingga memudahkan kami untuk naik turun ke venue. Kamarnya juga luas dan bersih. Sedikit kurangnya, furniture nya sudah tua tapi terawat dengan baik. Akan menginap di sini lagi jika ke KL.

Good strategy location, but not clean in the room, kitchen, everything. I saw cockroach in the kitchen. Hotel staff not wearing mask sometime, not friendly, no solution for non function bulb and flashing bulb. Hotel bed not maintaine well, car parking not include. It's over price resort of course.
