Amazing 2 nights stay in the family suite. Hotel room is very new, clean and the bed is amazingly comfortable and good quality. There's a sofa bed in their family suite as well to utilise. TV has the capability to cast from phone which is useful for me to put up some cartoon for my boy. The Big Box mall is just below the hotel with a few restaurants, entertainment and shopping for convenience.
Hotel is near legoland as well, just a short ride away. But we had a hard time getting a grab on a Saturday morning to legoland, so ended up had to drive there instead.
Service staff is amazing, special shutout to relations manager Vivienne who display warm and professional services at the check in counter.
Also, service excellence to the manager that handled the queue during breakfast in the restaurant on 5th March. Even though the queue is really long on the Sunday morning 9am+, he displayed fairness to the guests by explaining to the one of the behind guests that they cannot beat the queue to join their friends' table in the restaurant when their friends were almost done with their breakfast.
Hotel maybe can explore the option of providing in room breakfast service to avoid long queue during weekend peak morning. Also considering provided child stool for toilet sink area to attract families into the hotel as my boy says that he enjoyed this hotel more than the one in the attraction park.

Clean room, air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful at reception, particularly Mr Vicky who arranged transfer to Changi Airport.
Good choice at buffet breakfast. Didn't eat other meals there as there is big choice in neighbouring retail park to explore.

The hotel is conveniently located, especially for those traveling in from the 2nd Link. I stayed here while attending my friend’s wedding at a nearby seafood restaurant. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the check-in process was slightly longer than expected, and the room rates in JB are on the higher side. It would be great if the hotel could offer more promotional rates to attract more Singaporean visitors during weekends.

No water bottled in the room. The hotel prepared glass bottled & we can fill up water outside the room (at the lift area). No hose at the toilet bowl; to use bidet instead. 🤭 All is good.

Faster check in with friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the room with clean and comfortable bed, noiseless over the night, sleep tight with the room temperature. Swimming pool have kids pool. Breakfast nice with choices. But the table no much and can't meet the people for holiday. Wonderful staycation day for me.

Being asked to sit at the pool side is our own fault by going down late. We are fine to sit at the pool side for breakfast, but not fine with food been slashed with water by kids playing at the pool. We went to take our food, came back to our seats found that there are used cups on our table which not used by us. Down part will be the location too deep inside and not much malls and eating place. The overall experience of this hotel is good. Staff there are helpful and friendly, room decent, cozy and clean. Will give 3.5 star out of 5 (location and the pool side incident.).

1. The family suite is great for family of 4.2. Comfortable and clean room. 3. Breakfast is good. 4. Surround got choice of food for kids. 5. Swimming pool area should improve as got guest seating at pool area table smoking and children swimming and letting them having secondhand smoke.

The hotel is near to legoland about 10 mins drive. For food around the hotel a bit more expensive and the closing time about 8-9pm. The hotel room itself is very spacious with sofa bed. The hotel breakfast buffet consider less choices and no changes during our 4d3n stay. Children above 6 yrs old need to pay child price.
