服務令人難忘。是這幾年跑過的國家當中屬一屬二的飯店（比四季、聖瑞吉、希爾頓、阿瑪瑞等更貼近人性） 飯店對整潔的要求也特別用心！工作人員始終保持親切的笑容面對房客！飯店地點優距東方村很近，旁邊商店街有ㄧ家華人料理餐館還不錯，老闆是新加坡知名女明星的老爸。櫃臺人員對房客的要求，處理速度明快有誠意。誠心推薦給大家！

The Danna Langkawi住宿政策及一般資訊

重要提示

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Accommodation charges MYR 118.00/guest for extra breakfast.

The new rate on Extra Bed for an adult will now be RM 280 per bed per night and for children (4-11yrs), it will be RM 110 per bed per night.

The compulsory dinner charges will apply for all stays across the New Year’s Eve period (31 December 2024). Charges are included in the room rate is for 2 people. For additional people, the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner charge will be collected upon check-in.

Effective 01 January 2025, the breakfast price is RM 118 per person and the price for children is RM 59 per child.

第一晚到意大利餐廳用餐，味道十分吾錯，最後一晚諗住再去，但室內已經被留座（但當時已經八點和只有兩枱客人），唯有坐室外，結果被蚊叮，未夠一小時唯有急急打包走人，當時已經九點多但室內嘅留座仍是空空的。

這裡強調的應該是服務 ，員工們很熱情 ，一進飯店就會讓你感受到不同 。很可惜 ，櫃檯有位女服務生 ，似乎是新來的 ，沒聽懂我們的問題 ，茫然的辦事 ，浪費了我們很多時間卻得不到結果 ，令人失望 。過程中還用中文求助於同事 ，可能以為我們不會說中文 ，感覺很沒禮貌 。這裡有足夠空間的泳池、遊戲室 ，我們玩得很盡興 ，在池邊 ，還會不定時的免費提供冰棒、飲料給客人 。有沙灘海邊 ，但並不乾淨 。房間空間很不錯 ，雖然床巾不知道有沾到什麼不太乾淨 ，（睡前最好檢查一下）整體來說 ，是很不錯的飯店 。
