The room was small, no fridge or microwave, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the hotel is stylish in an interesting way. But what takes this place from ok to good were two things: really great front desk staff, and a fantastic location in Zona Rosa. Just around the corner from an amazing Paseo.

Bueno: Muchas gracias a un empleado en la recepcion del dia 15 Enero en la mañana fue muy amable y educado, gracias!! RUIZ ;)
Malo:
1) Los chilaquiles parecian avena con agua o parecian sopa de tortilla con salsa ;( Es mejor que dejen los totopos doraditos separados de la salsa calientita, para que uno los prepare. Aprendan de los chilaquiles de Monterrey!!!
2) El cesto de basura abajo de la mesa de la TV lo dejaron lleno de basura ;(

Muy bien el hotel. Excelente zona. El personal se equivocó al hacerme el cobro y posteriormente se me hizo otro cobro. El desayuno es muy básico. Lo mejor del hotel es la zona.

Reserve una habitación con dos camas dobles y me entregaron una habitación y un sofá cama, cuando presenté la queja indicaron ser culpa de Hotels que sobrevendría habitaciones, después de discutir tuve que esperar al recepcionista para que viniera a tender las sábanas del sofá cama porque en las noches no tiene más personal. Pésimo servicio.
