The bar was ok clean and well attended, the restaurant was luxurious and the food was good. The room i stayed un smelled kinda mushy nothing horrible but smelled like pool water. Some receptionist at the front desk seemed to get paid to put a long face while they attended you. The pool had to be constantly cleaned due to the palm trees and dead bugs.

La experiencia no fue realmente buena, primero dieron una habitación que estaba en mantenimiento, posteriormente nos movieron a otra la cual estaba el baño, sucio y tapado. Bastante humedad, y el aire acondicionado muy antiguo también tuvimos que tener que pedir apoyo a los señores de mantenimiento porque se apagó. Elevadores sólo disponibles los de servicio.

Un día no hicieron la limpieza de la recamara, otro día había insectos muertos en la habitación. En general son unas instalaciones bien conservadas pero en mi habitación había muebles ya visiblemente desgastados (los sillones en lo particular).
