There's no running machine at gym room.

The room itself was fine and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast arrangement. What was advertised as a buffet breakfast was changed to a plated meal delivered to the room, which did not meet expectations. Another issue was the very low water pressure in the shower, which made it inconvenient to use. On a positive note, the staff were very accommodating, polite, and helpful throughout the stay, which was appreciated.

Room was great: nice amenities and very clean. Gym facilities were clean with well-maintained equipment. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and was fresh. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable en revanche lhotel n'est pas au niveau attendu en terme de service. Hammam et sauna femme HS HAMMAM homme HS Au petit-déjeuner cafetière Café grains et cappuccino HS pendant 1semaine. Pour avoir des gaufres le matin il faut quémander.

The room, the staff, the service, everything was perfect, until I had the worst stomachache I had in the last few decades after drinking a coke from the room fridge. It pains me to put down a 2 star review, but you can understand how this was a horrible way to end the journey with my flight coming up the next day. I was in excruciating pain for more than 10 hours, stomach pain + diarrhea + throwing up. The reason I’m absolutely certain it was the coke is because of the timing, there were little to no solids in my stomach when I threw up, and the fact I stayed with the nomads for the last week eating freshly butchered goat and had absolutely no stomach issue! Anyone who’s thinking of staying, don’t worry the people and the facility is amazing. Just don’t be lazy like I was and buy it from a store, wipe the can, or don’t drink anything from the fridge at all…

I plugged my phone In To charge to The lamp by the bed. It only charges when the lamp is on. Dangerous my phone died right after my alarm went off. If I’d got snooze I would have over slept cuz my phone wasn’t charging.

Very comfortable,clean, and everything worked as expected. Staff were fabulous. Highly recommended.

Easy walk from Sukhbaatar Square

Excellent customer service! Air-conditioning working! Very clean and bed very comfortable.

On June 22, 2025, Staff not transparent regaring air-conditioning not working on my day of check in from a long flight.. When i presented the problem, they made me feel like i didnt know how to turn on the a/c .I was finally moved to another room and still had same problem. Then did they admitted the air-conditioning was an ongoing problem in the hotel. On Juyl1, 2025, I checked in again after my last day of tour. The room a/c wasn't working again. I had to go down to front desk and ask for a/c to be checked. Then did they only inform me a/c wasn't working. The front desk manager stated it was not their fault! but the hotel's fault. I asked for a portable fan. The Manager said they will provide the portable a/c when available and could not guarrantee an availability.

Always a nice stay, with very friendly and professional staff. Nicely designed modern rooms, and nice facilities. I just seem to have a hard time getting the room to be comfortably cool for sleeping at night. I'll most likely be back the next time I'm in Ulaanbaatar, as it is a very convenient location.

Breakfast was excellent - though during tourist season a lot of the stuff kept running out quickly and it was hard to keep up demand for certain foods. The rooms were massive and had a great view overlooking the city and staff was extremely helpful and nice!

Nice modern rooms, well designed. Friendly staff, central location with shops and restaurants nearby.

Clean, good amenities, wonderful shower with big towels. Buffet is very good: high quality, wide selection of dishes. Gym is clean and well apportioned.
