2 of us booked 2 rooms, and request double bed. But finally gave us one double bed room and one twins room, I have a question here, if we wanted twins room for us, why we needs to pay for one more room? they said they did not see any request . That's another question here, I understand sometimes Hotel can't reach all you request, but how if they totally not care??? no any notice? I booked though hotels.com more than 100 times, I believe their system works.

Hotel is good with the nice swimming pool! But it is doing maintenance, quiet noisy!

酒店离火车站非常近，打车去旅游景点很方便，出租司机很规矩，一律打表。比首都拉巴特还好，比起卡萨布兰卡和马拉喀什更是好的不得了。

Good location, but the service was not as considerate as other chain hotels. Staff couldn't provide any tourist or facility information around that area.

停车方便，酒店旁边有餐厅，步行15分钟左右可到旧城。

Quarto muito pequeno

朝食のビュッフェがよかったです。 駅前なのも利用しやすくて最高です。 ホテルは全般的にキレイで、レストランもロビーも広くてよかったです。 スタッフもフレンドリーな方がいてよかったです。 ルームキーがうまく反応しないこと、シャワーの排水が悪いことがマイナスでした。

Very expansive no good

Im very sad about this Hotel the people that work there are very unfriendly and dont welcome you there 😢 . Especially the one Female at the Desk when we arrived was very arrogant and didnt was friendly at all i will not come back to this Hotel ever again !!!!

Rooms need updating and air conditioning not very good. Great location.

Le petit déjeuner était propre sauf que c'était pas à mon goût. Il y'avait des commerce à proximité et le personnel est aimable et à l'écoute.

You gets what pay for. Old hotel, bad bed, low service by reception and lot of noise duing the night.

Disappointing Stay The room was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the shower temperature kept fluctuating. When I reported these issues, the staff didn’t even offer an apology or attempt to make things right. It’s clear the room wasn’t properly prepared for guests. The only positive aspect is its convenient location near the train station, but unfortunately, that’s not enough to make up for the poor experience.

Need resurface bathroom n aircon is not working property when we were given a room, i complain to the front desk regarding the aircon and just lies that the temperature are all the same setting it was hot, all around the hotel i called the following day n talk to different front desk person n he had someone chks it and he change our room n it a good air-conditioning 👍 i use Ibis in UK, ibis Tangier and now in Fez

Fácil de llegar. Al lado de la estación de tren de Fes. Un poco lejos del Old Town si vas caminando.

Les draps de mon lit n’étaient pas changé puisqu’ils étaient encore froissés et il y avait des taches noires dessus le sol quand on marchait pieds nu, on sentait que c’était pas propre. J’ai été vraiment déçue de ma chambre Je voulais faire une photo du drap Mais j’ai oublié

This hotel is right outside the train station and is very convenient for a short stay. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was spacious.
