This was my first time staying at Ibis. I didn’t eat breakfast or any meals. I have to tell you, the staff are super nice. Imane and Yousor (spelling) are both superb, super nice and very helpful. They made my stay delightful and so fantastic. I stayed at Ibis due to the proximity of Al Boraq on my way to Tangier. I highly recommend Ibis.

The location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station. We arrived very late on September 3rd and had a pleasant chat with the nice gentleman at the reception. We mentioned that we would be leaving early the next morning and just needed a bed and shower. He immediately asked if we needed a wake-up call. This was the first time in our 14-day journey that we experienced such professional and friendly customer service.
The water pressure in the shower was good. Of course, if I had to pick something for improvement, I could definitely find a few things. However, considering the room size, perfect location, excellent customer service, and a price of less than USD 75, I think it’s perfect.

火车站出来旁边就是酒店，对于坐火车到卡萨布兰卡的人来说超级方便。房间比较小，但很干净。晚上也挺安静的。一定要等到下午两点才能入住，差半小时都不行，这点有点不人性化。前台工作人员态度挺好，询问了关于交通的问题，耐心准确回答了。

Room clean but not enough towels. We had to ask many times but we dudnt get any. Also bed pillows in horrible condition . Your neck will be stiffed. AC not cold enough. They try to save energy in hot summer. Customer suffer. Staff nice and helpful . Good parking and good location . price is slightly OK. Bit above what it should be. 6.5/10 over all

Location is very good if you need to travel with train from casa voyageurs train station. Literally two min walk.
However the hotel has an ant problem. I kept a sandwich package on the table and within short time a lot of ants gathered. I found also ants in the bathroom. Pest control should be done regularly
