Le ménage n’était pas bien fait dans la chambre et beaucoup de poussière également et c’était allergisant et très dommage. Par contre le personnel était sympa. Merci beaucoup au personnel du petit déjeuner qui était professionnel et très agréable. Un grand merci à Raja, Icram, Mohamed, Ousine ainsi que les autres qui se sont bien occupés de nous. Je recommande donc cet hôtel mais surveillez bien le ménage s’il vous plaît. Merci

ホテルは環境がよく便利なところにあり、部屋も快適でしたが、チェックインまで長い時間待たされました。ホテルの規模に見合わない小さいチェックインカウンターが一つしかなく、スタッフ2ー3人が邪魔しあいながら対応している感じでした。声かけるので座っていてくださいと言われ待っていましたが、後から来た団体客の対応などでまったく声がかからず、何度か催促しては笑顔で返されるだけ。少しフロントが落ち着いたと思ったら、「今部屋のクリーニングをしているのでもうしばらくお待ちください」とお茶をふるまわれました。せっかく早めに到着したのに、チェックイン待ちでだいぶ損をした気持ちです。

AC didn’t keep the room cool enough and I booked a poolside view but got city. Hotel is looking tired. Shower was either too hot or too cold. Had a nespresso machine but no spoon or milk. Complimentary water was good. Cleanliness in the room probably as good as they could get - bathrooms need a refurb in reality. Well positioned though.

L’hôtel est bien placé et la chambre est spacieuse. La literie est dur, pas de chaussons dans la chambre alors qu’on est dans un 4 étoiles … Juste en face il y a un hôtel qui fait boîte de nuit en extérieur jusque tard. L’hôtel est mal insonorisé. L’avantage c’est qu’il est juste à côté du casino et à 15 de marche des activités de la ville.

Gym advertised on-site has no weights - even though it is identified with a "weights" symbol on the door. The gym consists of 4 machines: two stationary bikes, a stair stepper, a treadmill, and resistance bands, and a heavy bag on the floor. Front desk Staff and manager waere patronizing when I was visibly agitated about attempting to resolve a problem on my own (which would have taken 30 seconds). Serious privacy breach occurred - staff entered room while I was napping and did not provide prior warning - sent a formal complaint to ACCOR which has not yet been addressed. Breakfast is pretty good, though offerings may vary and may not have a full selection early in the morning. Probably not worth pre-paying, pay in DHM on the spot instead.

In such a prestige area hivernage, rooms are poor and the whole hotel needs updating, as an international brand this does not meet the standards of other novotels across the world. Toilet is separate to main bathroom. Rooms are poorly outdated and bland no toothpaste provided, this is a 3 star hotel at max, I paid £324 for 3 nights it was only worth £150, I’ve stayed in ibis hotels which are much cheaper and better. Very poor
