Riad本身就像是一件藝術品，非常漂亮，跟網上見到的照片一樣。熱水充足穩定，整體也十分整潔，睡得十分舒適。我們住的房間對着馬路，所以會有一些交通噪音。 我們享用了Riad的晚餐，這裏的塔吉鍋是我目前為止食過最好味的，用餐的時候有數次停電，很快就恢復了，這應該是舊城區的通病。 服務很好，盡量滿足我們的需求，我們住得很愉快。

地點方便、非常精美漂亮的Riad,早餐美味頂樓風景佳，但可能附近有皮革場、房間內會殘留異味，不過跟前台反應後，已立即提供精油薰香！

很美麗的Riad，看照片很大其實還好，房間算是Riad裡舒適的了，服務人員很少，所以比不上五星級酒店的服務。早餐不行但是晚餐很好吃，千萬不要在這裡做Hammam，是一種草草了事的感覺，澡堂很小洗澡的也不專業，60分鐘的服務等待就45分鐘了，一點也不舒服。除了早餐和Hammam，其他都很不錯！

非常华丽的酒店，是我在摩洛哥住过最美丽最满意的一家，在一条不太经意的小巷里，门口很容易被忽略，但进去之后别有洞天，没想到我们的房间就在楼下大堂隔壁，浴室我非常喜欢，够大很明亮，但是水力略嫌不足，早餐非常丰盛好看，在天台是套餐形式的。据说是亲王的行宫改建，酒店的本身就是一个拍照点了。

The internal of the hotel is really nice, with a lot of mosaic, only 9 apartments on 3 floors, the rooms are very big, also bathroom is very nice. The roof has a good view on the old city (breakfast). When enter the court, you feel a very good flower smelt. The food is good. The staffs are very kind. The only pity is we've got a hamman which is so cold. Maybe the time is not enough and not so many people trying the hamman. I believe that massage should be better.

推销SPA，餐饮等。选择了晚餐，比外面贵3倍。感觉太商业。推销导游服务，导游一路快走，只在商店停下，推销商品，巨贵无比。

特别赞！比景点都要精致！很喜欢大堂的几个椅子，看起来就超级贵的样子^_^房间什么也很赞，5星级的水平。推荐全程住这里。

位置非常好找，不用拖着行李兜兜转转。民宿风格非常棒，服务不错。

DO NOT COME HERE! From the outside the hotel looks absolutely beautiful. My partner and I arrived so excited to start our trip in Fes. The woman working the reception was sweet but right after she helped us she spent the day yelling at staff. The breakfast and dinner everyday was absolutely terrible. Bread was stale. Orange juice was from the box and advertised as fresh. Mint tea was from a Lipton tea bag. Our first night there we thought it would be nice to have a traditional Hammam experience. This turned out to be an absolutely disgusting and torturous experience. The Riad says that only natural products would be used. But there were only store bought shampoos and soaps. The staff was severely under trained and the pillows they gave for us to lay on in the hammam had mold on them. The entire place smelled like body odor. The next day we asked to have a guide show us around the Medina. The receptionist woman told us that he would be from the ministry of Tourism. He took us to a rug shop where we were pressured for 2 hours to buy rugs which we later found out is a known scam here in Fez. We were then brought to a pharmacy with similar deceptive practices. After reviewing our statement we were charged $2,000 for about $100 dollars worth of skincare. He seemed to bring us to all of the local scam artists and seemed to be working with the Riad from the looks of their interactions before and after the tour. BE AWARE. DO NOT COME

The help we received from our host Sama was outstanding. She worked hard to meet all of our requests and needs. She did an excellent job! Hamid - our daily waiter/bellman - was always on top of things and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Sama set up a day guide - Abdul - that was masterful and informative. Sama also set up a driver - Ibrahim - that was outstanding and kept us safe on a 7 hour day trip drive.

The staff of Riad Fes Maya pressured us into a so-called “complimentary private tour” that turned out to be a shopping scam. We later confirmed that personal details we had shared with the hotel were passed on to the “guide,” which was deeply unsettling. On one occasion, we also returned to find our room door left unlocked. These serious breaches of trust left us feeling unsafe throughout our stay. The riad itself is beautiful, and the food was good. But until they stop partnering with dishonest guides and prioritize guest security, I cannot recommend staying here.

Location is great

Great Riad! The riad was beautiful! We had one night there. The customer service was beyond exceptional! We had to leave early in the morning to catch a tour and the staff provided us with a terrific bagged breakfast with traditional Moroccan food to take with us as breakfast at the riad didn’t start until later. They also provided us with a wonderful coffee presentation to enjoy on the rooftop patio before we left for our tour that morning. Great view of Fes from the rooftop. We had dinner at the riad on the rooftop restaurant as well the night we arrived. The food was fabulous! It was the best food we had while in Morocco! Very flavourful Moroccan food. The room was clean and gave a truly Moroccan vibe. I would recommend this riad!

This place was fantastic! The space is 10/10 it’s such beautiful riad and was worth every penny spent. The staff were super hospitable and gave 5 star service, anything you needed they had already done or would help you. I highly recommend this place, can’t wait to come back!

Very nice property with alot of heritage. Staff, Ibtesam and colegue, were very welcoming and nice.

The hotel is beautiful and the princess suite that I booked was beautiful. It took a long time to check in and they tried to put my friend and I (separate reservations) in the same room. They fixed it but it took more time so we didn't get the break we wanted before we started our Medina tour. The spa was wonderful.

Amazing experience. The only thing I would change were breakfast options. Mostly bread items and not diabetic friendly.
