Riad本身就像是一件藝術品，非常漂亮，跟網上見到的照片一樣。熱水充足穩定，整體也十分整潔，睡得十分舒適。我們住的房間對着馬路，所以會有一些交通噪音。
我們享用了Riad的晚餐，這裏的塔吉鍋是我目前為止食過最好味的，用餐的時候有數次停電，很快就恢復了，這應該是舊城區的通病。
服務很好，盡量滿足我們的需求，我們住得很愉快。

非常华丽的酒店，是我在摩洛哥住过最美丽最满意的一家，在一条不太经意的小巷里，门口很容易被忽略，但进去之后别有洞天，没想到我们的房间就在楼下大堂隔壁，浴室我非常喜欢，够大很明亮，但是水力略嫌不足，早餐非常丰盛好看，在天台是套餐形式的。据说是亲王的行宫改建，酒店的本身就是一个拍照点了。

很美麗的Riad，看照片很大其實還好，房間算是Riad裡舒適的了，服務人員很少，所以比不上五星級酒店的服務。早餐不行但是晚餐很好吃，千萬不要在這裡做Hammam，是一種草草了事的感覺，澡堂很小洗澡的也不專業，60分鐘的服務等待就45分鐘了，一點也不舒服。除了早餐和Hammam，其他都很不錯！

The internal of the hotel is really nice, with a lot of mosaic, only 9 apartments on 3 floors, the rooms are very big, also bathroom is very nice. The roof has a good view on the old city (breakfast).
When enter the court, you feel a very good flower smelt.
The food is good. The staffs are very kind.
The only pity is we've got a hamman which is so cold. Maybe the time is not enough and not so many people trying the hamman. I believe that massage should be better.

The Riad is de orated like a museum with traditional Moroccan furniture, architecture !
Their biggest asset is their caring kind and very accommodating staff !
The breakfast is extensive and loaded with local Moroccan cuisine , goat cheese, natural butter , all sort of fresh baked breads and jam and honey , and naturally good Moroccan coffee and mint tea- all served at the enclosed in glass rooftop !
The rooms are something out of cinematic Arabian movies !
We can’t say enough about the kind staff - Ebtesaman, Hameed and Ayman!
This place is highly recommended and a must for first time visitor to Fes!

Such a lovely place, literally felt like you're staying at a Museum. The location is great, the staff was so kind and accommodating, and the views from the rooftop were amazing. I honestly loved my stay here, and would definitely come back to Fes just to stay at this Riad. The place itself felt like you've taken a step back in time. Its clean, newly renovated, and beautiful.

The room was very nice and clean, literally felt like a palace. Service was good but food was cold due to logistics (basement to rooftop ) so disappointing. Includes tour of fez felt more like a tour to buy something with little information about city and Moroccan culture itself.

The Riad is stunning. It is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are very spacious with impressively high ceilings that make the whole place feel open and airy. The staff were extremely helpful—when I mentioned a smell in the room, they immediately brought a candle and essential oil for me. The rooftop restaurant also has a wonderful view and is a great place to relax.If there’s one thing for improvement, it would be allowing guests to enter the front door without having to buzz every time.
