Quiet, clean, beautiful. Staff are incredible. They gave us a wonderful welcome, were very friendly faces throughout our stay and gave us our breakfast in to go containers when they heard we had an early day at Ait Ben Haddou the next day. We felt we could come to the desk with any and every question! Our room was also perfect: beautifully decorated, great amenities, pristine and peaceful. They also have a cat called Mimi! Overall, 10. I can't praise this place enough - there was nothing needing improvement.

This riad was wonderful, situated in the Marrakech Medina. Close to all the action, but inside the space is quiet and relaxing, with a charming courtyard and rooftop restaurant. Ismail, Azedine, and Ayman were all so kind and thoughtful, the perfect hosts.

I think the property on Expedia is misleading. It’s not clear when booking that this property is 3 different Riads.
I did try to speak to someone on the day we arrived as we were expecting the beautiful jacuzzi, however the jacuzzi we had was old and hidden away on the rooftop. Not happy with it at all so spent money at another hotel for the day. I hope you can appreciate this. Maybe some compensation would be appreciated. I look forward to hearing g from you.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!
From the moment we arrived, the staff and the cook made us feel so welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. My whole family loved every single one of them.
The place was spotlessly clean, beautiful, and felt incredibly safe — which made our time there even more relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the care and effort that went into making our stay special.
Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to come back!

Le Riad est idéalement placé et c'est un havre de paix dans le tourbillon de Marrakech. La terrasse est très agréable et l'accueil chaleureux. Rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner! Bref idéal.

Séjour vraiment extraordinaire. Le riad est vraiment magnifique et confortable. La situation géographique est exceptionnel au centre de tout et vraiment près de la pla Jamaa El Elena. Le personnel est toujours présent et disponible 24 heures par jour. Hamou et Taha sont excellent et offre un service de très haute qualité et personnalisé. Déjeuner très copieux et varié. Je recommande le repas du soir à 20 euros seulement servi parfaitement et excellent. Bravo à toute l équipe. Les chambres sont très belles et très spacieuses merci.

El Riad muy cómodo, con la mejor ubicación, las habitaciones excelentes, la atención del personal la destaco por sobre todo, especialmente Fashi, la anfitriona que es una niña encantadora, servicial y muy atenta, el hammam realizado ahi mismo es espectacular y con la facilidad de subir a dormirse al cuarto sin problemas de traslados.
