Everything was great. The room, the location, and the easy access to renting the bikes. Only downfall was receiving only 1 roll of toilet paper for 1 week for 4 people. As well as the walk from the hotel to the train station was about 20 minutes of a walk and in the night there’s no lights besides your phone lights.

Sehr enttäuschend. In der Unterkunft gab es zahlreiche Mängel: Schimmel im Bad, Riss in der Scheibe im Wohnzimmer, Wasser im Wohnraum, aufgequollener Boden, defektes Eisfach, Wasser das sich durch das geschlossene Fenster am Spülbecken gedrückt har, schmutziges Geschirr und insgesamt schlechter Service an der Rezeption.
Drei Tage lang habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten – erst nachdem sich der Expedia-Kundendienst eingeschaltet hat, wurde ich überhaupt angerufen. Da ich auf einem Event war, das zeitgleich mit den Öffnungszeiten lag, konnte ich nur schreiben – aber auch darauf kam keine Reaktion.
Ich musste drei Tage lang woanders duschen. Eine Erstattung der Reinigungspauschale ist bei diesen Zuständen absolut unzureichend. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine Zumutung, unprofessionell und sehr ärgerlich.

Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind schön. Es gab sehr viele Regeln, die man beachten musste. Beim Check in hat man eine Checkliste bekommen, was man darf, was nicht und was man beim Check out alles erledigt haben muss. Alles ein bisschen für Massenabfertigung gemacht.

Dåligt städat. Smutsiga sängar.
Skitiga lakan som byttes ut till lakan som tyvärr också var skitiga.

Trevligt område, bra lekmöjligheter för barn med studsmatta, pool, gungor m.m. Trevlig personal. Bra med parkering direkt vid stugan och bra kommunikation in till Amsterdam med pendeltåg. Standarden på rummen/stugan okej. Städningen drar dock ner betyget. Fläckar på väggarna, en del spindelnät, mögel i badrummet och viss disk som inte var ren.

Was supposed to stay for 3 nights. I moved to another hotel after the first night. Arrived in the property and it was literally cooking inside. No A/C (I should have double checked the amenities). You’ll literally have to wait for sunset to cool of the property by opening all the windows (so many bugs going in by the way). By then it will already be 11 at night. Worst, no towels! Again, maybe I didn’t double check the amenities. But this is a basic need that should have been provided. Overall, place is nice but the important elements of comfort are missing.

No cleaning for the rooms although we stayed for 6 night
The cleaning kits was provided one time during the check in due to that we were forced to purchase the trash bages, dish washing machine soup...etc

Plus: Sehr ruhige Lage in schöner Natur. Die Unterkunft war geräumig, gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr, und das Personal war freundlich.
Minus: Leider war es nicht richtig sauber (staubig), der Außenbereich ungepflegt und überwuchert. Es fehlte an grundlegenden Dingen wie Seife, Tüchern, Spülmittel und einem Feuerzeug für den Herd , selbst Händewaschen war nicht möglich.Selbst Händewaschen war beim Ankommen nicht möglich.

Einchecken:
Nur 1 Stunde verfügbar, hinterlegen des Schlüssels im Nachttresor wurde erst auf die 2. Mail reagiert.
Auschecken:
Lange Schlange, die sich alle über Mängel beklagten und nur 1 Person in der Rezeption.
Sehr laut durch Fluglärm durch Lage zwischen 2 Startbahnen ( Tag und eingeschränkt auch nachts)
Aufheizen durch Sonne des Gebäudes Anfang April, bei Rückkehr am Abend noch 36 Grad.
Einrichtung für 4 Personen unzureichend.
Positiv ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof 20 Minuten zu Fuß und 10 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Amsterdam.
