Prachtig hotel, mooie, grote kamer en badkamer en een geweldig ontbijt.
Zowel bij in- en uitchecken als in het restaurant, iedereen is beleefd en behulpzaam.

This is a great hotel especially prior to a cruise. It’s very walkable. Staff are very friendly and took time to answer all questions. Nice little park at end of pier.

Stayed at the Hotel New York for one night prior to our cruise. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to cruise terminal. It is an historical building right on the pier in Rotterdam. The staff was excellent and the room well-appointed and very clean. There is a nice restaurant and bar in the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for a pre/post cruise stay or your visit to Rotterdam.

staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!

Super convenient for our pre-cruise stay since it’s across the street from the cruise terminal. It’s also a short walk to a train station if you want to venture out a bit, but there are local choices for dinner and coffee, etc. The breakfast in the hotel was good, but a little pricey.

Das Hotel New York besitzt seinen Charme durch das historische Gebäude, kein Vergleich zu einem modernen Hotelkomplex. Wenn man das mag, ist man hier richtig aufgehoben. Ein komfortables Parkhaus ist vis à vis. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein Neubauprojekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel wirkt störend, da der Betrieb von 06:30 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr andauert.

The Hotel New York is absolutely stunning. There’s so much history within these walls as it used to be Holland America’s headquarters. Our room was so spacious and comfortable-amazing pillows. The cruise port is a 2 minute walk from here-easiest embarkation ever! Many thanks for a fabulous stay!
