The staff were great. When we arrived the guest has a late checkout. We were told that our luggage will be in our room when we came back which it was. Really good location, clean room and everything you could want. Good transport links and taxis will get you around to Dan square in 10mins.

Love ithe contemporary design. Very comfortable bed. The room was very spacious, Staff was very helpful in showing us the ways to go around the city. Overall. We enjoyed our stay very much.

飯店的房間不小，乾淨舒適，早餐很好！就是離中央車站要搭4站地鐵！下地鐵也得走一段，搬行李太辛苦！離景點也都要搭地鐵，走不到！住club房很好，晚上6:00-8:00在2樓有沙拉，面包，甜點，咖啡、飲料、酒，可當簡式晚餐！服務員態度超好！除了距離市中心太遠，其他都非常好！

The staffs who work in the front desk are very helpful, but housekeeping staffs definitely need more training! One day some one forgot the bathroom cleaner on the sink top; and the other day , no one wash the used wine glasses and water glasses!

We have chosen this hotel because we have confidence in Hyatt group. The overall experience is ok. However this Hyatt regency is a bit far from the city centre. The room is quite small. Moreover this hotel is very disappointed in terms of cleanliness. We spotted hair on the pillow upon arrival. And there’s a black dead insect spot on the blanket too. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel paying for this price.

Hôtel bien placé à quelques minutes du métro et du tram. La chambre est bien équipée, la literie très confortable et les chambres à l’arrière sont très calme. Petit déjeuner très varié, copieux et bien approvisionné. On recommande même si un peu cher pour le rapport qualité prix (pas de petites attentions pour notre anniversaire, produits d’accueil et sac poubelle non remis le jour 2…)

Good hotel with location in quieter neighborhood. Access to metro and tram, but also walkable depending on where you’re headed.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind groß und modern. Liegt nicht ganz im Zentrum, aber man kommt gut zu Fuß oder auch mit den naheliegenden öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dahin. Wir nutzten auch den angebotenen günstigen Transfer zum Flughafen.
