Situated at the heart of Tilburg, it's just within 10 minutes' walk from the train station. They run two good restaurants. The room is modern and clean. The bed mattress seems to provide support unevenly. I guess they have to change some of weary ones.

I had a very bad experienses with this hotel. My friends stayed there for four days. Hotel used my credit cards to make the authorisation. When checked it out, I asked the staff there to cancel it. They promised they will cancel it before 12;00am at the same date which they did not. One week passed, the cancellation had not been done either.

De kamer was smoezelig, lichtknoppen kapot, TV viel herhaaldelijk uit, kapotte toiletknop. Douchekop (regendouche) vol kalk, oftewel minder stralen. Vlekken in de vloerbedekking en stoelen. Bar in de avond niet bemand, bij navraag al gesloten. Personeel heel vriendelijk, maar één medewerkster in ontbijtruimte, veel uit de ruimte. Misschien niet te doen door één medewerker, want boter, jam en de cupjes voor de jam: allemaal op. Boter gevraagd aan de receptie balie. Koffie apparaat kapot. Kortom: de minst prettige ervaring van alle Mercure bezoeken tot nu toe!
