Excelente experiencia. La habitación estaba muy limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. También disfrutamos el bar, que tiene un ambiente agradable para relajarse al final del día. En general, fue una estadía muy cómoda y recomendable. Volvería sin duda.

酒店鄰近地鐵站，步行距離3分鐘，非常方便。可以用帶有paywave功能的信用卡，直接拍卡入閘及出閘。票也不用買便可憑信用卡入閘，由此站出發往central station大概 EUR 2.1，當然可以選擇其他類型的票，例如日票。
4個站便到central station，大概15分鐘以內。出車箱後，從電梯往地面層，可直接步行往 eurostar 及火車的入閘口，大概一分鐘，交通非常方便。
比較其他鄰近Central station的酒店，這間酒店非常新。但內部設計風格，可能並非每個人都能接受。 房間大小合理，我住的房型有長走廊，比較浪費位置，但可在這裏放行李箱。枕頭床鋪非常舒服，房間內有茶包和咖啡膠囊沖機，也有瓶裝水。房內燈光不是燈火通明那種，但也不算太昏暗。
掛衫櫃比較細。浴室非常寬敞，但可惜掛毛巾衣服的地方不多，只有兩個細小的勾，有點浪費，想掛毛巾也很困難。另外，淋浴間沒有浴簾和浴屏，水會四圍淺，建議酒店要加裝，免得弄至整個浴室地下都是水。
早餐質素非常高，有點貴，但推薦。有鮮榨橙汁機。火腿、芝士等冷盤非常新鮮。乳酪也很新鮮美味。Waffle 好吃，有很多醬料提供。也可以自製三文治。但如果喜歡吃粥粉麵飯，便未必適合。
酒店位於24樓的餐廳，值得一試，雖然有點貴，但質素極高，有驚喜。我們叫了個羊架和阿根廷steak，烹調得剛剛好，甜品也很出色。建議如有興趣，要先預訂。 check in 的時候會有一張8折卡，可於住宿期間使用一次。
酒店員工服務態度值得一讚，積極有活力，他們沒有因為亞洲人面孔而冷待。有一天，因為有day trip，需要很早出發，餐廳職員非常幫忙，給我們外帶一點東西和飲品.

Honestly, the first 36 hours of arriving our room had a stench of septic tank and my nose could not adjust for that long. My twin bed felt like I was sleeping on a boxspring. Other than that, staff is very friendly, hotels clean, amenities are great. This hotel is in a good location to the train stations.

An upgrade was requested for a better room. I was moved 1 floor down to a premium room as I didn't like the look of the ceiling. The view was not much different as it was only 2 doors down on the lower floor. The new room hand towels in the bathroom had dirty brown stains. When I wiped my face the towels had an awful smell. On entering the bathroom the toilet seat was up as though someone had used the bathroom. The pillow cases on the bed were not clean. They were just turned over to the other side. The housekeeper at the previous room before moving prior did a far better job with the cleaning. Staff were friendly. Lounge was great. Beautifully decorated hotel

The breakfast buffet is simply amazing and we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was on the 16 th floor so the view was a bonus.
The location of the hotel is great too, the parks and the metro station are really close by.

This hotel is the perfect home base to visit and explore Amsterdam and the surrounding cities. The hotel is modern, clean, beautiful and quiet. Steps away from a Metro, train (RAI) and tram stop it was super easy to get around while staying in a quiet location. The room was spacious with all modern amenities. We especially appreciated access to Netflix on the TV so we could watch something in English. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were super happy with this choice for our week in Amsterdam.

The overnight staff could be nicer, I asked for ice to keep my breastmilk cold and they had such an attitude about it, i felt uncomfortable and very unwelcome. If you have kids that still take breastmilk do not come to this hotel.

Amsterdam has been one of my second favorite places to visit when traveling abroad to the EU. My stay here was incredible. The professionalism of the staff from check in to dining and everything in between was more than a great review. They have a wonderful rooftop cocktail bar and restaurant I highly recommend.

Great all rounder stay in Amsterdam! The hotel is located next to the events/conference centre so is not in the centre of town - that being said with the metro stations nearby it is so quick and easy to get to and from the centre and out to stadiums if for example you are staying for a gig, like we were! Didn't ever feel like it was too much travel to go back and forth. The hotel itself is modern and clean, rooms are comfortable and spacious with lots of usable storage space and my personal favourite - mirrors! Unfortunately the casting didn't work well on the TV so a radio or bluetooth speaker would be a nice touch, otherwise I truly can't fault the stay!
