kamer waren schoon op de vloerbedekking na daar zag je wel veel vlekken wat ik zelf niet storen vond, leuke bar en personeel achter de bar vriendelijk ontbijt erg uitgebreid. al om al leuke ervaring vriendelijke personeel in bar bij de receptie en in de restaurant. aanrader en ik kom zeker terug

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur le Rotterdam. La chambre était très bien et agréable. Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas le français, heureusement qu’on arrive tout de même à se faire comprendre et que ça ne gâche en rien l’expérience.

SS Rotterdam is nice experience. Reception staff wasn’t nice once we arrived early as we simply asked if early check in available and lady was so unhappy telling how busy they are and we must come after 3pm - I agree but tone and face expression could be different and all story would be different.
Breakfast is nice , staff in restaurants are super friendly and doing every single extra mile if they can. Check out process super simple.

De kamer was voldoende. Het tapijt in de gangen kan wel een schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken.

Heel vriendelijk personeel van de receptie tot aan de bar. Kamer was zeer goed en schoon, enige nadeel was de 2 eenpersoonsbedden. Eten was zeer goed zowel de 4 gangen diner als het ontbijt.
Enige min puntje vonden wij de te kleine bar voor het annatal mensen.
