Great location, friendly service and good breakfast.

The room is clean, comfort, spacious with modern and elegant design. But the hotel is a little far away from town, at hillside, a little not convenient. The staff in restaurant is not friendly and helpful. We went to have breakfast but no staff let me know my choices, just give us menu without brief orientation. No cup for the juice, breakfast seems not much choices. Frankly the view of restaurant is stunning. At the second day staying in hotel, I called to housekeeper to get pair of slippers, but I could only get that by called twice, I think they probably delivered to wrong room. when we checked in, no body let me know how to access wifi service.

Soon as I booked the hotel, I was actually looking forward to stay at St Moritz because it was a 5 star hotel and the photos on internet looked grand. Frankly I was disappointed when arrived because it looked old outside the building and the elevator was very old too. The hotel was 20 years old as told by front desk (not mentioned on its website). Anyway, the room was spacious. No bath tub. I found dried blood stain on one of my pillow cases on day 2 after housekeeping. I dialed "9" and requested to change all my pillow cases but the male housekeeper only willing to change one of them. Also, shower area was never been cleaned. Used bottles such as shampoo and conditioner were left there until the last day I stayed so I needed to throw away by myself. No new toothbrush replaced unless I requested for it. I wrote my opinion about hygienic problem to front desk; on the same day, the housekeeper reported one red bull was missing in my fridge and cost me NZ8. I told front desk my fiance and I both never had any snacks nor drinks from mini bar. Hopefully nothing was charged on my credit card. I hope the manager of St Moritz saw this message and improved room hygiene quality.

The bed is comfortable. The room is spacious. The buffet breakfat us nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful

Nice hotel if you have a car. Walkable distance to the centre. But it's strange to me that the hotel has no specific standard of making the room as during the five nights I stayed there, the room is made up partially in different ways each time. beside that, it's very nice at a reasonable price

飯店舒適！步行十分鐘之內可到皇后鎮最熱鬧的區域。可是預訂飯店時，只知道離市區很近，不知道飯店位於山坡上，對沒有自己開車，上下陡坡都要拉著行李有點辛苦（尤其我的父母已經七十多歲），我們後來打電話給隔天的飯店，他們特別安排免費的接駁車來接我們。因為房價不算便宜，車程不到3分鐘，建議飯店可以提供接駁，體貼旅客。

酒店入住了两次，之间是套房，面对湖，但窗户不是很大。套房有洗衣机、可以做饭，面积很大。第二次入住的大床房，价格要便宜1/3.不是面对湖的。房间面积比较大。 总体感觉，酒店的家具设施有些旧了，需要更新。服务还可以，没有什么出彩的地方。如果有钱，可以住套房带凉台的就很好了。 位置离中心闹市区不远，走路过去就可以。

小规模的五星级，在小山丘上，设施和服务都挺棒，可惜停车要收费了。 总体性价比很高。早餐也一般，不过餐厅能看到一点湖景。

客房/酒店整潔，酒店設施五星級，服務質素很高，可惜第一天竟漏了我們有包括早餐，後來道歉，已做成客人難堪，酒店位置在斜坡上。

Need to climb a steep slop to get there. But everything else was perfect

Stylish, cozy, hotel. Had one bedroom suite for 3 nights. Great decor! Loved it. Very comfy. Walking into reception with fire place and cozy seats felt just like Europe as name suggest. Well set out. Definite wow factor for me. So close to town centre. Walked there in 2 mins. Nice view from bar and restaurant. Small gym and laundry. Would definitely be top of my list next time in QT. Minor issues not deal breaker. All good from my prespective.

Beautiful Hotel, amazing views of Lake & Alps. Delightful & very helpful staff all contributed to our Magic vacation in Queenstown. Our King size bed was just perfect, so comfortable. Can't wait to return. Allan & ILse Australia.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved our stay. We were in an Alpine suite with Balcony and lake views and it was superb.

I liked their sustainable options and the hotel was really clean and very comfortable.

Excellent location and beautiful hotel! Walk to everything Queenstown has to offer, close to all the bars, restaurants and activities. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, breakfast was great, open fire in the lounge/lobby and awesome hot tub outside.

We visited the St Moritz for a special family occasion and we rated our entire experience 10/10! Lovely friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous alpine suite, beautiful breakfast, clean and tidy, warm and welcoming! Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back again soon!
