Beautiful rooms with high ceilings and extremely comfortable beds. We loved the turn down service! Although the onsite restaurant has good food, the ambiance is totally lacking for a hotel of this caliber. I will say the Cacao dessert is top notch and worth the less than stellar setting. The location is great for business I would assume. We were there for vacation, so next time we will stay in Casko Viejo.

The hotel was very good. Room was large and beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows which we love. Rooms in the deluxe wing may need some additional TLC, they are comfortable but are looking a bit older.
Breakfast was very good, would absolutely recommend having breakfast there. We would stay at the Bristol again.

The hotel is well kept, in good condition and very clean. My only issue was that the water in the shower does not get very hot. At its hottest it is only slightly warmer than warm water. All in all, it was a great stay.

Overall it was a really nice hotel. The only issue we had was the hot water not working in our bathroom for a night. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu were phenomenal. Lobby staff is extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend staying there.

El hotel es lindo y el personal era maravilloso pero es un hotel caro y en Panamá siempre que me he hospedado en otros hoteles de su mismo nivel he tenido una maravillosa vista desde mi habitación en este hote abri las ventanas y mi vista era al muro y a los motores de aire acondicionado gigantes del edificio de al lado, me provoco ansiedad y sensación de claustrofobia ver un muro y cuando abri la mañana siguiente estaba un trabajador de ese edificio limpiando, para mi es importante una linda vista y sentir la luz natural y este hotel fue imposible y esto causo q mi estadia fuese muy mala... me hubiese ido a un hotel mas barato con mejor vista! Me arrepenti de hospedarme en el Bristol
