非常適合情侶來到長灘島選擇這裡，服務一流沒有話說，飯店人員都非常友善，大門口出去就是沙灘了

我們全家人在此住了四晚，非常棒的體驗，員工的服務真的非常貼心好的沒話說，有賓至如歸的感覺！因為飛機航班關係，給我們提早入住休息，退房後也給我們使用公共空間！非常感激：）門口的服務人員也真的要讚賞一下，我們坐在椅子上也怕我們不舒適立馬送來靠枕，詢問買名產的店家位置時，他也說可以帶我們過去，讓我們免於迷路！海灘上的服務人員也很貼心，不時遞上冰水到沙灘上，我還看到他們送到正在海灘泡水的房客手上，踩進海水中服務，真的服務超級好！因為服務很棒所以我都覺得其他小缺點已經不算什麼了，飯店附屬的餐廳餐點很棒，我們吃了好幾餐呢！

位置很好，服務人員非常親切。比較可惜的是廁所有些許異味，需要打開廁所的抽風扇才會好些。

very pleasant stay due to its superb and personal service. Each staff takes the initiative to serve and make us feel we are special. Restaurant called Cha Cha is also great, in terms of food quality, service level and view. Free popcorn and icecream were provided. Transfer to / from the airport was also provided free of charge, yet with very good service. This saved us lots of trouble. Room facilities are basic though. Safety box in the room was locked when checking in and it took quite some time for the staff to figure out the mirroring function in the TV.

I loved this hotel! Pickup service was already waiting for us when we stepped out of Caticlan Airport, and took us to the port, where we boarded the hotel's own motorboat, and then took us to the hotel via their own van, all the while accompanied by hotel staff. Our room was clean and offered everything we needed. They even have room service for anything you want to order from Chacha's Cafe, which is right nextdoor to the hotel (also where the delightful breakfast buffet is). The pool was good also, and they have poolside drinks. It was the little things that made me appreciate their hospitality, such as bottled water and complimentary desserts left by housekeeping every day. And the way the staff were always smiling and giving us warm greetings when we returned after a long day. Also when the staff handed me a towel when I was chilling at the pool and when we headed out for stand hopping. The staff accompanied us all the way to the airport when our vacation was over, and gave us a photo taken upon arrival as a souvenir. A very friendly and thoughtful hotel indeed. I would definitely stay again!

從入住的第一個時刻，就可以感受到每位員工最真誠的服務，美麗的裝潢風格再加上美麗海景，真是太療癒了，飯店的地理位置很優，離D'mall很近，還有自己的沙灘躺椅，讓我們玩水非常便利，碼頭的接送也不需要煩惱，因為他們有飯店私人的快艇接駁，下次一定還會選擇coast，非常非常推薦！

房间很大，沙发拉出来就是一张床，住起来很宽敞。出门就有免费的海滩和沙滩椅、遮阳伞、免费的柠檬水，父母在那里看风景很舒服。如果不喜欢沙滩觉得晒的话可以去酒店内的游泳池。有两个池子，很干净，很多小朋友在那里戏水，池边的椅子特别舒服，尤其是晚上。客服人员特别热情，毛巾衣架什么的补充没有障碍，一直都能换。服务员远远地看到你都会热情地打招呼并且等你通过再走，宾至如归的感觉。有两个小问题是1.隔壁正在新建一家酒店，白天到时候会有装修的声音，不过我们影响不大。临走的时间那里已经开了一家小店，估计应该快好了吧2.房间一楼的洗手间漏水，服务员一直没法处理用毛巾垫好了吸水，倒不是特别影响居住，不过我们住了好几天，经常要换比较麻烦。建议改进

酒店的地理位置十分好, 就在STATION 2那邊, 設計風格清新, 房間也乾淨, 唯一美中不足的是, 我們離開機場是發生了一點小意外, 酒店職員居然把我們的行李送去了另一個機場, 這應該是溝通不足吧, 因為我們原是在卡利博直飛回香港, 但航空公司臨時改了航班時間跟地點, 我們要去卡地克蘭機場飛回馬尼拉再於翌日早上轉機回香港, 這在我們一收到消息便馬上通知酒店了, 而酒店的前枱人員都是知道的, 還一再確認了, 但不知道為什麼負責管理行李的部門就是不知道原來機場已轉了......最令人想不透的是, 我們沒有要求酒店把行李先送過去機場, 不知道為什麼獲告知行李已正前往卡利博機場, 真有夠奇怪吧! 弄得我們一直在等行李, 在COUNTER CHECK IN時跟職員說了這情況, 她們的人真很好, 願意等我們一下, 但也是不斷催促, 因為飛機是應該要起飛了吧, 我們是17:20分的航班, 行李在17:05才到手, 真有夠趕! 搞得精神非常緊張了! 其實, 這酒店還是蠻好的, 員工都不錯, 只是.....可能酒店不同部門間的溝通還是要改善一下吧! 還有, 我們有請酒店幫寄POSTCARD了, 因為都來不及走那麼遠來寄, 所以請酒店代寄, 25 PISO每張, 也是十分合理的價格啦!

房间内的床很舒服，打扫很干净。白天一直看到有员工在刷泳池，因此真的很干净。酒店出门就是美美的白沙滩和海，沙滩上有躺椅，酒店员工会根据树荫调整躺椅位置，还会送上免费饮料，还义务帮忙看包。酒店每名员工都很热情和细心，一共住了三晚，第一天吃早餐时点了咖啡，后几天一走进餐厅就有人端来咖啡。酒店的shuttle bus也很赞，随时定随时来，最后已经退房了shuttle bus还帮我们换到新的酒店，并送我们去了最北边的普卡海滩。只是入住时有一部分还在装修，有点吵，估计以后就不会有这个问题了。

Transportation from airport to hotel was phenomenal. Crew were helpful from baggage handlers, drivers, front desk, housekeeping and resto staff. Great customer service. Awesome property on the beach. The only negative thing is there is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor

Everyone / everything was great! Amenities, staff, surroundings was just right. Food the best! Our last meal was the take away breakfast to catch an early flight. It was so delicious

I have traveled to many countries around the world and usually choose accommodations carefully based on research and reviews. Unfortunately, this property was very misleading. The hotel itself is extremely dated and rustic, and overall cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. I stayed at the property for nine days, but due to the poor conditions, I only drank coffee or cider in the mornings and spent most of my days at nearby hotels that were noticeably cleaner. I’m giving this property three stars solely because the staff was very kind and genuinely tried their best to accommodate me. The room was outdated, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on multiple occasions—at least three times—despite leaving notes, tipping daily, and raising concerns with the manager. There were days when the sink wasn’t wiped down, toothpaste stains were left behind, and the bath mat had visible mold stains. I asked several times for the mat to be replaced; it was only after repeated complaints that it was finally washed or replaced. I was surprised that a mold-stained bath mat was considered acceptable for guests. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. I only ate it once after seeing roaches crawling on the eggs and other food items. After that, I only had coffee in the mornings and chose to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner elsewhere, as the restaurant did not appear clean. Excelente hotel com uma ótima localização. Um dos melhores lugares na praia para passar o dia. Equipe fantástica e super atenciosa. Os rapazes que atendem na praia são demais (CJ e Jhony). Uma estadia maravilhosa em Boracay.

First of all, I did not develop a pre-arrival expectations about the whole trip. But I was at least ready to be met by gorgeous beaches, until I was first met by a very courteous person who was tasked to pick me up right after arrival. Since I did not have any prior experience traveling to that area, I followed exactly what they told me to do. Every staff person I met flashed their infectious smiles that quickly erased every suspicion one can hold when totally a stranger in the area. From there on, it was all smooth sailing through getting to the hotel, checking in, etc. and every staff in the hotel that I had contact with was super helpful and very kind and accommodating. It was totally a wonderful experience for me. The hotel was super clean, the food was excellent, my room was actually good for 4 persons. When I come back, I will definitely stay in the same hotel. I wish I stayed longer.

Fantastic location, awesome room and grounds, delicious breakfast buffet and the Ala carte food was delicious, friendly and polite staff that’s always there if you need anything even in the middle of the night, and most of all Bryan and his crew were all above and beyond .
