Staff was accommodating and polite even when we checked in really late. The room was clean and our stay was comfortable. The hotel was close to the airport so it was convenient for us and it was easy to book a Grab from the hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

가족 5명이서 묵을 숙소를 찾다가 예약하게되었는데 마치 우리나라 대부도 펜션같이 너무나 깔끔하고 이쁜곳으로 주셨어요 다른가족들도 각자 다 독채를 쓰고 있더라구요! 아침에 오슬롭 하러가야되서 새벽에 조식 간단하게 싸줄수잇냐고 부탁했더니 들어줬어요 근데 밥이 너무 맛이없었어요 ㅠㅠ 그리고 과일도 안싸주심.. 상할까봐 그랬나? 그래도 조식 싸줘서 굿 ! 빵은 안 넣어주심 ㅠ

The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again.

We had great experience staying in Crown regency suites and residences in Mactan. Our flight was delayed so we had to check in late. This property was flexible and able to accommodate us. The building itself is outdated but it was clean. The staffs were very friendly too. I hope that cleanliness wont change. It would be nice if they fix this place up to enhance its potential. But overall good place to stay.

ホテルは清潔で十分な広さがあってキッチンまで設けられており満足であったが、周辺にはカフェもストアも無く、予約していなければ朝食を取ることが出来なかった。空港近くなので、夜遅くセブ島に到着した場合の一泊なら全く問題無い。ただ、私達は連泊する事は無いでしょう。

We had great experience staying in Crown regency suites and residences in Mactan. Our flight was delayed so we had to check in late. This property was flexible and able to accommodate us. The building itself is outdated but it was clean. The staffs were very friendly too. I hope that cleanliness wont change. It would be nice if they fix this place up to enhance its potential.
