Overall good, breakfast not bad, room is tidy. So I’ll pick this hotel and stay again.

The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, there were very loud construction noise coming from upstairs, which was quite troublesome. We did not file a complain because it happened on the last day of our stay, hours before we were checking out. I wish they would have at least inform us before hand.

When maintenance the passages lifts, please at least to keep 2 running not just one to serve 8 floors, this was happen on Sunday 19/5/2019

Pros: Location, Good Service and friendly & helpful Staff particularly Concierge and Breakfast (Kristoffer and Cesar were outstanding). Spa, Rooftop Bar and French Restaurant worth visiting. Cons: Bit dated room carpets and smelly room when we arrived (requested air freshener and was immediately attended) Overall good and pleasant 4 night stay!

Everything was just amazing. Truly a 5 star experience.

Very good accommodation

Could not have been happier, staff was accommodating, friendly and kind, helping in anyway they could. Breakfast was fantastic with a very large selection of food from all over the world. Great location, had transportation arranged to pick us up from the airport and their drivers were excellent, engaging, and overall a joy to talk with after a 17 hour flight!

This is my favorite hotel in Manila. First class around.

Staff are friendly and attentive to my needs.

I’ll start off in saying the staff was great and they attend to all your needs. When we arrived and walked into the building, it looked very nice and classy as you would expect. But you are greeted with a very strong smell of a cleaning chemical that does not smell pleasant. I am very sensitive to air quality and it was a little difficult to take a deep breath on the ground floor with this smell. My advice would be to change cleaning fluid to a more pleasant smell. When we arrived in the room, there was a strong musty smell. Again, it was difficult to take a deep breath. The hotel promptly changed our room when we complained. The most disappointing aspect of our stay was the breakfast buffet. A few years ago we stayed here and the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Things have changed drastically. The food was extremely sub par and It was hard to find anything we liked. The breakfast buffet was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The quality has suffered and it really is a shame.

Extensive breakfast menu. Room was clean, however bed can be refreshed. Isolation of the springs is not ideal. Room dining was good and a life saver for parents wrangling a toddler. Pool is at level 4 of of the building. 15 mins drive to the airport, but that is during the energy crisis so your mileage might vary. Would recommend again.
