I really thank you for the hospitality of Hennan Lagoon, especially the front desk staff: Ryan, Yna, Kate, Gail, Raymond, and other staff. I stayed here for almost a month for my vacation. The staff are amazing and they are so welcoming, thank you for always making my day and taking care of me. I love Hennan Lagoon, Prime, and Park.

The hotel is in good status with really friendly staff ( pool attendant Alvin Dalida was super helpful)
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the way to the beach is muddy (so always take the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel!

飯店整體住宿品質及服務是符合原先的期待的
泳池應該是最吸引我們的一點, 早餐種類有點少, 不過每天會更換餐色
房間寬敞且打掃得很乾淨, 陽台都可以看到泳池, 這點挺棒的
週邊沒有甚麼小商店可以買日常用品, 這就比較麻煩一點了

訂一樓直通泳池的房間，不知道是不是太潮濕房間有一點霉味，但整體住宿品質非常好，很喜歡環繞大泳池，泳池邊服務人員都很親切，房務也清潔的很好，離Dmall大概走路十分鐘，非常方便，絕對會推薦朋友來住宿！

泳池很大很美,但房間隔音不太好,泳池遊玩的人的回音非常大聲,早上無法好好休息,房間可能因為之前關閉島嶼一陣子而無房客,因此房間霉味很重,但還算乾淨,服務人員都很親切有禮

這次入住還有遇到很扯的事情，我們房間的房門不知道為什麼，故障率很高，把我們鎖在房間外長達30分鐘兩次。要求飯店人員來開房門也等了很久，尤其是我們接下來還有報名行程卻被鎖在房門外無法進門拿東西和整裝，導致我整天沒帶妝出門玩的很不愉快。要求飯店換房間一開始還被要求要加價，還好後來溝通了一下之後換到高階房型而且不需補價錢。算是彌補了我們的不開心而且高階房型讓我們覺得很舒服：）最後我們有次經過我們原本入住的房間，發現下一個房客也被鎖在房門外（超扯）所以要是你入住230號房。請注意

飯店的泳池真的很棒，但是海灘更棒，所以沒有必要在飯店泳池游泳（除非你住一樓可以直接從房間就到泳池則另當別論）不過飯店也有蠻多貼心設施，例如房間有專屬晾衣架可以讓你把每天的泳衣晾乾明天繼續穿

因為要使用優惠券，所以五晚的訂房分開預定。其他飯店基本上只要提供姓名就可以確認預定內容。但是這家飯店一定要我們提供預訂編號（在國外沒有網路實在是很不方便，因為環保，也不想印出紙本），還有房間的不可吸煙等規定條款居然要簽五次。而且一開始飯店還要求我們每天checl out 再check in. 雖然分開訂房是我們的問題，但以往的飯店都能方便且妥善的處理。不知道為什麼這家飯店不行

the location is ok. 5 mins walk to the beach and they have shuttle bus to take you to the beach and back. The breakfast wasn't good. Omlet sucks. you should go earlier to get your breakfast to avoid bunch of rude Korean people and the super terrible service of the breakfast place. They took us to a uncleaned table there were plates and food on that table then they walked away. We stood by the table for about 10 mins to wait somebody to clean it. Nobody came! Another group walked in. they came clean it and gave the table to them and want us to sit the other table and that table needed to be cleaned. We had to wait again. Made us zero appetite!!!!!!!! We ask a hot coffee with milk. They gave us a black coffee and iced milk. Besides the terrible breakfast and service everything was OK.
