It was nice, clean and comfortable place to stay in Iloilo city proper. Hotel staff were very responsive. The location has access to public and private transportation (since it's situated in front of SM city). You'll never get lost in the city. We had a good stay in this hotel for 2 nights.
P.S. Wi-Fi in our room was ok. The fresh fruits was my favorite food in the breakfast buffet.

I've stayed here many times, and this time it was truly disappointing...
their internet had always been slow... but at least it's free and available...
on this trip, I only discovered that the hotel's internet is down after I checked in... had I known, I would've moved to another hotel. And when inquired about a refund, they said their internet is ok, the fault is the service providers, thus no refund or compensation will be offered...

Can’t complain staff are always there if ever you complained about the toilet slow going down they will be there right away fixing things, even if I complained of the smell they do things right away 👏👏👏👏👏
It’s not a 5 star hotel but we feel safe and comfortable it’s enough for us…. We stayed for 5 days and we are thankful to all the staff 🙏♥️ grateful for taking care of all our needs 👍👍👍👍👍

Didn’t make use of breakfast facilities - A/C was a little noisy, but worked adequately. Water pressure to shower and hand basin was disappointing. Staff were excellent - couple of minor issues we experienced were resolved within a few minutes. Overall, a nice hotel to stay for a few days.

The hotel is nice, clean and the staff were friendly. It’s also at a very accessible area. However the hot water machine wasn’t working although maintenance came very quickly, but it happened twice, the second time I was in the middle of showering. Apparently the thermostat is broken so the fuse kept giving up. I applaud the staff for immediately fixing it, ready for the next customer. Overall our stay was great
