梅佐飯店

梅左這是在市區新的飯店,整體不錯.但櫃檯人員服務態度不好,可能是因我要求換房間,換房的原因是對面大樓可看見你的衛浴間,尤其晚上電燈點亮,一目了然,我要求櫃檯經理看他是否敢住,他也不敢住,房號是每層樓01號房,敬請注意,真是無良可惡

入住飯店時會簽閱飯店規定，有一條是禁止在飯店食用外面購買的食物、飲料，如果有食物包裝、飲料罐子、酒瓶要罰多少錢。覺得不是很合理，詢問櫃台小姐說如果晚上肚子餓，飯店餐廳關門呢？小姐回答10pm後可以叫外食⋯但食物、飲料包裝酌收清潔費就覺得不合理。

舒適的住宿環境，附近也有不錯的咖啡店！

This is a very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. The room I had was huge, king bed, comfortable sitting area, lounge chair, desk, closet, nice bathroom with both shower and tub. There are some dining options within walking distance and a popular dance club across the street. Not much in the way of shopping though. Staff was courteous but a little slow to respond to problem with card key at room door. My only complaint.

The room was spacious. Had a hard time connecting with their internet but it's okay. But will definitely come back.

Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The wifi in the room was not the best, but that is understandable since the access points are in the halls. It is hard to penetrate the walls when the access point is more than 30 meters away. Luckily, the room had an ethernet port for my laptop to plug in and the internet was top notch. I really loved the waterfall shower head.

It’s convenient and close to restaurants, laundry shops, banks and easy to public transportation.

We booked the barkada room. We saw several cockroaches. When we went into the bathroom, they started scurrying as soon as we turned on the lights. There were baby cockroaches everywhere, including on the bed and pillow. At first, we thought they were bed bugs so we started inspecting the mattresses. We pulled 1 bed away from the wall to take a closer look. We had to step out for a bit. We notified the front desk of the situation. They said that they would report it and provide us feedback. (?) We had no idea what that was supposed to mean. When we returned to our room, we noticed that someone had been in there without our prior knowledge or approval. The bed we had pulled out had been pushed back against the wall. There were even more cockroaches this time. We saw over 20 in a short span. We took several pictures and videos. We spent a lot of time trying to kill all of them. They had gotten into our bags. My sister had a transparent make-up case that was left open on a table and it had a few cockroaches in there. There were cockroaches in a hand-carry that had a zipper slightly open. There was even a dead cockroach in the fridge. Who knows if there were more in there? We spent 3 hours going through our bags and at the same time, looking for another hotel. There was no way that we were going to stay there. A cockroach even fell from the ceiling and landed on my nephew's face while we were going through our things. We checked out as soon as we could. Stay away!

This is our 6th or more times we've stayed at this hotel. We've noticed that the room has gotten smaller & tightier. We used to have robes, slippers, combs, shampoos & conditioners. But we've noticed some of those items were missing.

Security staff friendly but not as helpful as in times past. Desk and service staff helpful and friendly; but sheets are not always changed unless you insist. Power was out once.

Good hotel 9 out of 10. Highly recommend the staff was wonderful and kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Need more toilet paper in the bathroom.
