Staff: all polite and accommodating with our needs Room: floor was dusty, my son was crawler, he just needed to be clean before we leave and housekeeping was kind to tidy up the room. Bathroom: the tiles caulking was discolored, sink drained was yellow. We just have to scrubbed first before we use it, water was leaking on the floor at the water closet, just realized at the 3rd day. Beds were all clean and comfy to sleep Crib/cot: was provided, my little one slept good and no bed bugs Sofa: my son got bitten with bed bugs. On our 3rd night my little was having low grade fever from teething so we stayed at living room and slept on the big sofa. In the morning fever was got but he was all

Whenever we visit the Philippines, we stay at Camp John Hay. We feel safe here. I like the fact that they have Drivers’ Quarters. They do need to provide face, hand towels and a box of kleenex. Their staff are courteous.
