It was a pleasant stay. Our check out took longer than necesaary due to the item consumed in the ref which they should have confirmed to us immediately. It took another 45 minutes and me asking what was going on.

Whenever we visit the Philippines, we stay at Camp John Hay. We feel safe here. I like the fact that they have Drivers’ Quarters.
They do need to provide face, hand towels and a box of kleenex.
Their staff are courteous.

The bar that is used as double lock for the room was broken, and the cover for the peep hole on the door was also broken. Anybody from outside can peep through it. Also the door has gaps by the door locks that you can peep through. Other than that, our stay was a good.

It was in a serene and beautiful location. Customer service is top notch. Studio suite was huge! The only things preventing me from choosing this hotel again is the rooms didn’t have A/C and the water pressure in the shower is abysmal! In addition, even though they have free Wi-Fi, it is unsecured and unfortunately my VPN software would not connect.
The big window plus the fans did help keep the room cool. The downside is you’ll hear all the noise from the parking lot.
With the extremely weak water pressure in the shower, make sure you don’t flush the toilet and you have plenty of time to wait for the water to warm up.
However, despite all these, we still enjoyed our stay.

It was really cozy at the Forest Lodge. While the weather was cool and rainy, the ambience of the place and the courtesy of the staff warms the heart. It's an experience that our family would always want to come back to.
