The room was very spacious, and very nice! this hotel is probably best suited for families with children so you can use the waterpark, but the price and proximity to the airport is really nice! The staff were extremely helpful with directing us around to things, and even offered calling a taxi for us for our very early morning checkout! all around, very clean, very nice, and the A/C worked great! we did visit the waterpark as well, and it would be a blast with children.

ウォーターワールドで子どもが楽しくプールに入る目的で宿泊したが、プールは閉鎖されていて残念だった。事前に全く伝えてくれるこもなく、小さな普通のプールしかなく残念だった。 3日間も泊まったが、２日目から部屋のシャワーは水で冷たくて辛かった。ルームサービスでタオルを変えてもらえておらず、タオルを変えて欲しいとお願いしたら、断られた。断りの理由はタオルを持ち出してルールを守ってないと言われた。タオルを無くした訳でもないし、2日目のタオルは使用してないのだから、変えるべきだと思う。ルールを守ってないと言われたが、プールにも入れないしそちらもルール守ってないですよね。部屋のシャワーは水しか出ないし。シャワーは水だし、濡れてるタオルで身体を拭いて辛かった。子どもも同様だった。ホテルマンは宿泊者が快適に過ごせるようにサポートする仕事ではないのか？こんなひどいホテルは初めてだ。二度と泊まらない。

I like this place. The staff were nice. Our only issue is the lack of communication about the hours of their waterpark. I book this for my toddler. Their last email 2 months ago when I book it at May 27 is their waterpark is open 6 days a week (wednesday to monday) When we got there its only 3 days (friday to sunday) and we were there during the waterpark was close. We were not updated in anyway. No emails about it. I would cancel it for sure and find a different place if I know. We got there by 4pm on a Sunday. Their waterpark close at 5pm but we were asked to leave by 430pm. My kid was enjoying it but they said thats their rules. I want to report it to expedia to get some refund but I dont know if its worth the hassle. Overall, the hotel is nice. I just hope it was communicated and I think we were charged the price like waterpark is still open. Theres even no compensation like free breakfast about it. Its just sorry, things change now. Suck it up. You should have check the hours online.

Let me start off by saying that the Waterpark needed some big time TLC. I chose this hotel for the new fact that it had the Waterpark. However, it was a big disappointment.The water was so dirty, there were moss on the rides, the whole place needed some big time paint job and only one adult ride was open, the rest were closed. For people who are not from Cebu, they'd be enticed by the pictures they show on the net. It's deceiving! On the other hand, the hotel itself was surprisingly very nice, spacious, and clean. I also like the fact that the shower room and the toilet were separated so whoever uses them will have privacy. The pool was small compared to the size of the hotel. I really would not recommend this hotel if they're advertising the Waterpark as the main attraction. The rate is basically for the hotel itself

Hotel tranquille, propre, le restaurant reste à désirer, pas beaucoup de choix et froid. Tout est loin, quartier industriel. Pour une dernière journée avant le retour a là maison, se reposer c’était parfait. Le personnel etait très gentil.

A/C didnt work in the first room. In the new room it was great. I extended the stay and explained I would be having an additional guest. Ater they arrived I was told there was an additional 500 php per day charged for the additional guest. We ordered room service and they kept leaving the dirty plates in th w room, despite stopping at the front desk and asking for someone to come take them. The housekeepi g never made the beds or changed the sheets and I had to go to request fresh towels. The staff wereall polite, but the followthriugh needs work. Often I would call the front desk with a request only to have to walk down later to get someone to follow up. The rol. Was booked for 5. We git 2 compli.entary breakfast and 2 bottles of water. All other refreshments could be cgarged to the room. My suggestion is download the grab app and have food delivered. There us a waterpark next door. The large slides and wavepool were out if servIce. This hotel is not near anything. You will have to take a Grab. Personally I would not recommend thus hotel for more than a day or two. You are better off spending 2x the price because you will wind up spending it on transportation as well as wasting time waiting for the ride.
