去酒店要下斜坡，有點辛苦。 如果住2樓會有點嘈，因為附近有酒吧，大概3點才會關音樂。隔音有點差，旁邊房間岀入也會聽見，連說話也聽到

地點不錯，離景點很近👍幾乎步行可以到所有知名景點～ 但電梯有點小，而我們第一天到達時還遇到電梯壞掉，只能走上5樓…

Cons: - The facility's sound system was not great, the floors creaked and the walls are thin so we could hear the units around us. - There was only one elevator that fits one person with a suitcase, so there could be a long wait time to use the elevators. - There's no receptionist but there's a live chat that works during certain hours. I left them a message during off hours but they didn't reply at all. - The toiletries supply was limited - they gave 2 small bottles of 2in1 Shampoo+body wash, no conditioner. You can ask for more upon request. - There's eight luggage storage space at the hotel and they're first come first serve, if its full, they recommend you to storage it lockers at the train station. Pro: - Location was good, the area is quiet at night and it's walkable to many places. - Clean - housekeeper did a good job with the cleaning.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The shower was broken—water was leaking from the showerhead, and the drain was completely clogged, causing the shower to flood the bathroom floor every time we tried to use it. The sink barely worked for washing hands, but the main problem was the shower flooding the entire floor. The toilet seat was broken, and when we tried to reach out to customer service (which is only available on WhatsApp due to virtual check-in), no one responded for the entire 48 hours we were there. There is literally no one at a front desk ever. After hours of begging, the cleaning lady finally let us use her phone to contact someone—but then took her phone away, leaving us stranded again. Only after we became extremely angry did she contact her boss. After endless negotiation, we were allowed to shower in another room, but were never given a new room. They promised to send a technician to unclog the shower, but nothing was actually done during our stay. The room itself was tiny, cramped, and poorly maintained. It was not fully clean, with toilet paper leftover from previous guests, dirt, and general neglect. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Customer service was nonexistent, the rooms are ridiculously small, and the facilities are in terrible condition. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible experience.

water was not draining properly in the bathroom. so, we would need to close the shower while taking shower for water to go.

Perfect for parking your bags and travelling around Porto. Maybe not the best hotel if you don’t know Portugal well as youll need a hotel staff to guide you and this is an automated hotel. But if you seen other cities and get the gist of Portugal then this is perfect. Walk down the river, nod and smile at random British people youll see just to see if they are cool about the whole Boston tea party thing and just go chill.

The room itself was quite large and spacious, which was a nice surprise, and it included a generously sized closet. One of the windows offered a lovely view, which we appreciated during our stay. A major downside, however, was the bathroom sink — it was badly clogged from the start. Despite reaching out via the WhatsApp contact posted in the room, we received no response during our entire four-day stay. The sink would overflow quickly, making basic tasks like shaving, brushing teeth, or even washing hands for more than 20 seconds frustrating and messy. The shallow basin and poor drainage significantly impacted our overall experience. There was spackling visible on nearly every wall, which made the room feel a bit unfinished. On a positive note, we were able to store our bags in a secure locker upon arrival before check-in, which was convenient. The location was also quite good — about a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest subway station and close to the train station. It was easy to get to the water and walk around the city from there, making it a great base for exploring Porto.

Location location location - the property is ideally situated to access all of porto. As a solo traveller the room was brilliant, the balcony being oerfect to watch Porto pass by.

Very clean. Nice bathroom. Good for the price. Really easy to check in. Lockers available to leave luggage which is really appreciated. Only thing is we had a problem with the electricity and the staff were no help at all, telling us that it wasn’t their problem. So the costumer service is not good. They answered quickly on WhatsApp tho.

Das Hotel kann man für den Preis weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist zentral und man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Zimmer war okay, klein aber sauber und Klimaanlage funktionierte auch super. Man musste keine Mitarbeiter antreffen. Es funktionierte über Pin-Codes für den Eingang und Zimmer (für den Eingang musste man den Code manchmal ein paar mal eingeben, bis die Tür sich öffnete). Was uns verwirrt hat, dass man das Frühstück online für 32€/Person dazubuchen musste und dieses an die Tür geliefert bekommen hätte. Bei der Buchung hatte ich eher ein Frühstücksbuffet/-Raum erwartet. Es gibt allerdings an jeder Ecke Bäckerein, wo man sich auch günstig gute Snacks holen kann. Alles in einem würde ich das Hotel für 1-2 Nächte empfehlen, länger aber nicht. Für den günstigen Preis darf man natürlich keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Aber man hat dort alles, was man für eine kurze Zeit benötigt.

Very clean and very good location! We also had a cute balcony. Would definitely recommend.

Photos trompeuses, chambres clairement laissé à l'abandon, odeur très forte de moisissure, personne à qui parler, nous avons eu une coupure de courant et l'hôtel nous a demandé de nous même jouer avec les breakers du panneau électrique pour résoudre le problème, les murs, rideaux et stores sont sales. Emplacement super mais très bruyant les vendredi et samedi soir.

Ao chegar e ver a localização fiquei assustada e pensei em procurar outra estadia, pois fica numa rua ingrime pouco movimentada e bem estreita. Mas depois a equipe do hotel informou que é segura. Enfim nao recomendo para pessoas com dificuldade para locomoção e com muitas bagagens. Os copos estavam sujos, o elevador é claustrofóbico e com um sacos de roupas sujas o que deixou menor ainda. O banheiro tem mofos nos reajustes. Mas tem muitos pontos turísticos perto.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, la entrada es autónoma y si hay algún problema te ayudan vía WhatsApp o mensaje. En general es una habitación correcta, limpia y con la cama bastante cómoda, la medida de la habitación contrasta con la del baño, muy pequeño aunque está totalmente renovado, lo podrían haber hecho a proporción.

Overall its not bad its fully restored but they have placed misleading information there is no 24/7 reception... During night you kind of hear pretty much everything from the neighbour rooms...

No check in staff. So make sure you have email availability on arrival. Room was compact. But had a balcony's with 2 chairs. Adequate bathroom. Hotel was clean and tidy. Is on a steep hill. So definately no good for lesser abled people. Good value for money. Good location.

Good and fast customer service, not so much locker space for luggage and bathrooms are a little worn down. From cost-quality perspective okay.

We staid one night and it was not far to the cathedral / Se area. Checkin and communication was fully online. We got a code to get into the building / room. There were some containers in case you want to lock luggage. I saw one couple who couldn't lock their luggage, as too big. The rooms were clean and nice. Directly the Street was not so nice, but only a few meters. Good for central stay.
