I love the hotel. Decent room and bathroom size, has a little pantry, bidet, hairdryer, iron. Water dispenser on every level. Very comfortable. During our stay, there was a street construction right across the street but still soundproof. Walking distance to Sim Lim Square and Rochor MRT station. Super love and definitely will come back and share this info to friends and family.

Lokasi hotel
CRS terletak di antara 2 stasiun MRT, yaitu Rochor dan Little India. Untuk keluarga kami yang berencana untuk menonton pertunjukan di Marina Bay Sands, tidak perlu berganti line dari MRT Rochor. Tersambung dengan mal kecil dan pemukiman India, sayangnya tidak ada convenient store (7-eleven) di sekitar hotel.

Lancar dan pelayanan staff ramah dalam membantu mencarikan kamar sesuai permintaan kami. Saat check in kami meminta agar 2 kamar dapat berdekatan.
Ukuran dan fasilitas kamar
Ukuran kamar CRS hotel lebih luas dibanding rata-rata hotel di Singapura. CRS merupakan serviced apartment, sehingga kamar dilengkapi dengan peralatan masak atau microwave. Setiap lantai juga dilengkapi dengan dispenser air minum, sehingga kami dapat mengisi botol minum sebelum jalan-jalan. Wifi tersedia dan cukup lancar.
Fasilitas unggulan
Kolam renang dan gym walau mungil dipelihara dan berfungsi dengan baik. Beberapa fasilitas unik yang kami suka adalah ruang laundry, dapur bersama dan tempat penyimpanan bagasi. CRS memiliki dapur bersama di lobi yang cukup luas, dilengkapi dengan vending machine berisi bermacam-macam mie instan dan makanan lainnya, serta mangkuk masak khusus mie instan gratis. Self-service concierge juga tersedia sehingga koper dapat ditinggal walau tamu sudah check out dari hotel.

Dekat banget ke MRT & halte bus Rochor, terus ada Tekka Place hawker di Little India. Ke Mustafa Center juga dekat. Kamar hotel luas, ada mini kitchen. Toilet ada bidetnya. Mantap deh.

Neat place with more than enough kitchen utensils. Traveling with kids, getting more convenience with the room equipped with a mini kitchen and microwave. The location is perfect, with only 2 to 5 minutes to both the bus stop and MRT station. Hawker foods are also just across the street that make it lovely to explore local food, snacks, and even coffee.

We booked 3 nights from 10 to 13 Feb 2020. On the second day, no clean up service is provided, including no change of towels at all. We feel very disappointed. So the hotel staff only cleaned and tidied up my room once during our 3 nights' stay.

New hotel with great location. Close to MRT. The shopping mall below is still under renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is pity that the room was still not ready when I arrive at around 6pm. The room is quite small. Cleaning service will be done on alternate days, fine with that.

酒店有泳池，很好。
不是每天都有人清潔房，以致出外後回來垃圾桶內仍滿了垃圾，而且因為沒有清潔房間，所以沒有換新毛巾，要自行要求換毛巾。
接待處很幫忙，有問題會很快幫忙解決。

施設は真新しく清潔で部屋は広く一人で使用するに不自由はありませんでした。
スタッフの方の対応はとても良く金庫が使えなくなったときに迅速に対応して頂いたりチェックアウト後にも荷物をまとめるために共同スペースの利用を許可してくださったり色々と助かりました。
またランドリールームがありますが一度使用するには洗濯、乾燥それぞれに9ドルと一人の使用料金としては少々高く現金の支払いが出来ないので若干の注意が必要です。
快適なシンガポール旅行が過ごせましたので次回来るときもまたこちらのホテルをご利用したいと思います。

Good location, clean, fine facilities, excellent service. A few things do that I stil will not come back to this hotel, unfortunately.
– There is no wifi funtional enough to enable work. The network logs you off every five minutes, and you need to log back in. I messaged the customer service, was told that the IT department had been contacted and would "rectify the problem", and nothing more happened.
– There is a small kitchen, but no way to do the dishes. No hot water – you are expected to carry that from a dispenser ten rooms away. The sink also is too small for the frying pan provided.
– And the place is noisy. Soundproofing towards the outside is good, but the noise is internal. Both families with babies and people coming in late will wake you up.

I stayed at this hotel several times over the past month, and on two occasions, the emergency bell rang in the middle of the night and early morning. I believe this was done maliciously, and I couldn't sleep at all. Despite this, I received no apology, and they didn't even offer one unless I complained.

Worst possible place, avoid staying here. Has bed bugs and got bit within the first night of staying here. Place was dirty, neighbors were smoking even though a non smoking hotel. Only have cleaning services on certain days. Moved rooms because of cigarette smoke smell and second room had a sewage problem. Ratings on here are not reliable and place is not clean at all. Bud bugs avoid.
