前身日航酒店，在地人叫佢做「黑玻璃」。房間濕氣超重，有提供長期插卡開冷氣，洗頭水shower gel太細支，有24小時送餐，不貴。reception唔會幫人keep匙卡，也別想他們為你預早待訂回程airport shuttles，總之reception什麼都說沒提供這些服務，連拿張酒店address card都三推四請下才給，而他們竟是4星酒店。要協助就直接找禮賓部，熱心幫你叫grab，由酒店坐去機場都係19坡幣，更快更方便，又熱情。

酒店酒店整體保養不錯, 房間大, 但有點舊, 有一陣陣的霉味. 還好洗浴間整潔. 人員有些殷勤有禮, 例如禮賓部職員和一位負責處理入住的男職員, 但另一位女職員態度一般, 在前台購買洗衣代幣時露出一副不耐煩的樣子, 其實是因為洗衣房的代幣機壞了才去前枱麻煩她.

此酒店對房間清潔很馬虎, 地毡有蝨, 房間中放置服務員弄丟了我的私人物品間, 當我發現的時候, 到接待處投訴及要求找回失物, 接待處員工敷衍了我一整天, 員工三番四次作出承諾跟進, 亦只屬空談, 甚至直到我的行程結束,離開酒店當日, 亦未能找回失物亦沒有作出合理解釋或賠償.
