I stayed here for 6 days. The hotel was so good, clean, and comfortable also. I booked a twin room, then I requested a king bedroom. The swimming pool was awesome, rooftop, and there's a nice pool for kids. The hotel is connected with Orchard Gateway/Orchard Central Mall, so it's so easy to find many kinds of food here, also very near to 313 Somerset. MRT is very close also, just go down with the lift hotel, then you’ll find MRT Somerset. Also, when you walk to the street, there were many shopping areas, because it is in Orchard Street. Overall it was nice and perfect. I went with my wife and 1 kid (3 years old).

lokasi nya tepat di atas MRT somerset, lift yang langsung menuju MRT klo pagi hari masih lancar. tapi klo sudah siang dan malam agak lama nunggu dan cepat penuh karena jadi satu dengan akses liftuntuk pengunjung mall. klo memilih liftvyang sepi bisa pilih lift yang ada di bagian masuk hotel. bawahnya langsung mall somerser yang cukup lengkap. akses jalan cukup ramai walaupun sampai malam. ke orchard tinggal jalan kaki dekat sekali. kamar OK, sayang TV nya belum bisa akses youtube. jika city view bisa view marinabaysand, kita pilih city view yang terlihat gedung singtel, tapi gedung singtelnya lagi di direnovasi entah jadi gedung apa. untuk penyuka air dingin, ini bener2 ok. di tiap lantai ada mesin es cube yang bisa kita ambil kapan saja. tiap lantai ada vending mechine juga. ini pilihan ok sekali untuk family trip dengan anak2 yang masih balita. akses ok, dekat mana saja, fasilitas sekitar juga sangat ok.

Lokasi hotel strategis di dalam mal, dekat MRT, lantai kamar selama 3 malam tidak dibersihkan, sisa rambut masih ada di bawah kursi dari awal masuk kamar sampai check out, sarapan mengantre, selama 3 hari menu makanan tidak diganti, hanya variasi mi saja yang diubah, lift mengantre kalau mau naik turun ke hotel dari mal

We stayed here for holiday and this was our second stay. We booked a superior city view room and requested an extra bed on site, but all extra beds were fully booked. The receptionist was so helpful; she gave us a room with a sofa bed and, surprisingly, she gave a little surprise for my daughter who had a birthday on the date we checked in. She was very happy! Thank you for the great hospitality, Jen Hotel, and sure we'll come back again.
