房間大，舒適而整潔，有接駁巴士接送至orchard Road 方便購物或用餐，酒店樓下有便利店方便買宵夜，零食或飲品，24小時gym room方便隨時去做運動，有2個泳池。

主要洗手間，肥皂沒有容器放，不够衛生。床單好似沒有換，沖涼房D膠邊發黑，感覺不舒服

希望清潔度可以更好,不然又失去一個在新加坡固定的住宿選擇

Quiet location but a bit far from city centre. Make use of public bus would be a better choice than railway. Condition of the hotel is satisfactory. The only sad issue was some insects flying over the food during breakfast buffet.

the room did not clean very well especially a lot of insects fly in the bathroom. I felt quite disgusting during the stay.

飯店服務人員很親切,飯店設施整體都很棒

房間新及整㓗，缺㸃是附近没有商場，有㸃不便，而往烏節路的免費穿梭巴士，要10時才有，還好酒店門前有巴士站，可乘車往烏節路。

2 樓餐廳早餐菜肴內容不是很好，菜色少有變化！沒有物質超所值！

除了位置有点偏其他都很好

酒店整体来说很干净很新，服务人员态度也很好，但位置不是太好，总体来说性价比一般。

很新的酒店，可惜附近連便利店也沒有。不方便。但有接駁巴士。泳池早上沒有太陽。大堂咖啡室的朱古力甜品很好味。一定要試。

The hotel is a bit far from the MRT station, for the first few days, I walk from the hotel to MRT station (Stevens), it takes me around 15 mins to walk to the station and it's quite tired especially after a full-day schedule. As it is too tired, for the last few days, I just used the shuttle service. It saves me times and also money. That's great. However, the shulttle to Orchard road only avaible after 10. It's a bit too late if I want to leave the early. And also for the shuttle from Orchard road to hotel, there doesn't have a proper sign of quene, some people just cut in line and this is not fair to those who has waited for long time. For the room, it is comforable with some basic things like shower gel and lotion. However, it's a bit disappointed that there is no comb and shower cap provided. Luckily that I have bring my own. I think it will be better with something for girls like comb/ cotton/ shower cap. Overall the experience is quite good, the room is comfortable and the service is good. The staff are all very nice and help us a lot.

房間清潔度有些微退步,洗手盆有明顯污穢,床單上有毛髮

The overall service is above standard, as I experienced. The check-in and check-out service is fast and smooth. The room service is up to standard, except that the milk pack did not refill.

Location a bit far away from downtown, need take shuttle bus to Orhard Road, otherwise take 15mins by walk, not so convenient.
