拉奧澤納飯店

The reception staff are very helpful. Unfortunately, the room cleaning was poorly done. The towels were old and yellow. We went during summer but the airconditioning wasn’t very bad.

還不錯，只是房間燈不夠，晚上有點暗。。。。。。。........................。。。。。。。。

房間不會太小，但廁所也太小了吧！飯店有健身房，但房客無法使用，需付費！員工態度也還好，建議這家房間錢可以省下來住別家有早餐的飯店會更好

이 호텔도 나이가 들어 연식이 있는 객실 컨디션입니다. 울고 있는 벽지, 깨끗하지 않은 카펫, 물이 불어 터진 욕실문...시설 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 옆객실의 말소리도 들려서 방음도 좋지 않더군요. 대구에 올 때 꾸준히 이용했습니다만 이제는 재고해 봐야 할 듯 합니다.

직원들이 너무 친절해요

Hotel Laonzena was an average hotel and I would give it 3 stars. Our check-in process wasn't very welcoming - we arrived at 1.45pm, just an hour before the official check-in time of 3pm. We asked if we could check in early but the front desk lady immediately dismissed our request and told us to come back at 3pm. She didn't even take the initiative to check her computer to see if a room was available. That left us with quite the unwelcoming experience. The room was a bit dated and tired looking, and small. The double bed also wasn't that comfortable. The bathroom was good though. The swimming pool was closed throughout our stay. They gave us a single coupon for breakfast which was very strange given there were two of us. The breakfast layout was very strange - there were about 7-8 round tables with 6 chairs each. Food was mainly Korean cuisine but the coffee was good. Unlike the check-in experience, the front desk staff during our check-out were very friendly and polite. They even stored our luggage for us in a secure location after we checked out, and even called us a taxi to the train station. They told us the ride was about 7 minutes and would cost around 7,000 Won, and it was very accurate.

청결해서 좋아요. 치약,칫솔,면도기는 없어요. 욕조도 없어서 놀랐어요

I used this hotel with my co-worker. It is good location for our business. We enjoyed breakfast. It was valuable and delicious.

침구류는 깨끗했으나 양쪽 옆방의 소음이 고스란히 들리고 옆방 외국인은 락 음악에 노래를 따라부르기까지 또 다른 옆방의 애기 소리도 고스란히 들리는 신기한 호텔 입실하면 환기가 안된 곰팡이 냄새같은것이 나는데 다른 방도 같은 냄새가 남. 위치도 좋고 애들 데리고 머무르긴 나쁘진 않은데예제에 비해서 단점들이 부각되어지고 있는 곳.

지저분하게 찢어짖 벽지, 먼지가 날릴 듯한 카펫.... 나름 관리하시는 듯 한데 뭔가 정돈되지 못한 모습....그냥 맘 편히 이용하고 있지만 살짝 아쉬운 부분들...

깨끗하고 만족합니다.

대중교통이 편리한 도로변에 위치하여 교통이 편리하고 안전하며 청결함.

Hotel condition is terrible. My daughter sat on the chair they provided and chair was turn into pieces right away. The room is dark, old. Lucky we only stay one night.

체크인데스크나 인근의 상가 이용에 있어서는 좋았음. 그러나 정작 중요한 객실에는 문제가 많음. 퀘퀘한 냄새가 닌고 전반적인 청소상태가 좋지 못하며 욕실 및 거실의 상태가 매우 좋지 못함. 전반적으로 딱 모텔수준 정도로 생각됨. 혼자서 잠시 잠만 자고 오는 정도는 괜찮지만 가족이나 타지역 출장을 위해서 사용하기에는 수준이 매우 낮음.

에어컨 안되고, 화장실 매우 지저분하고, 변기, 샤워기도 고장나있고 최악이었습니다. 두번 다시는 가고 싶지 않은..
