In the past, every pickup went very smoothly. However, this time I was not able to find the driver easily. The hotel informed me that the pickup location was Exit 5 at Terminal 2. This was some distance from where I came out, so I walked there with my luggage, but I did not see the driver. After I called him, he told me the pickup was at Exit 10, which was actually very close to where I had originally exited. I then pushed my heavy luggage to Exit 10, but still did not see the driver. After waiting for more than another ten minutes, the driver finally arrived. Because I needed to get to a company near the hotel before it closed at 7:00 PM, leaving Incheon Airport at 5:50 PM made the timing very tight. After that, however, the driver performed very well and managed to get me to the hotel in about 50 minutes, so I did not miss my appointment. I hope the hotel can improve the accuracy of its airport pickup service in the future to avoid unnecessary delays. Other than this issue, my stay was very pleasant. I am sharing this small problem with the pickup service only in the hope that it can be improved going forward.

辦理入住和退房手續快速，離市廳捷運站3號出口直走到飯店約4-5分鐘，走到明洞商圈10分鐘，地點很方便，房間雖舊，但四人房空間很大，下次旅程會想再住的飯店

客房地理方便，出门周边一应俱全。虽然客房很老一些，有很多电源和灯饰都不在好用，黑漆漆。但是打扫员工很负责，服务员友善和蔼。早餐有些简单，总之有一定性价比。

酒店地點非常方便，機場巴士直到酒店門口，酒店職員非常幫忙。 這次是第二次入住，沒有在酒店吃早餐，房間也很乾淨，床鋪整潔，晚上入很容易入睡。

缺點是房間不夠亮

I have always had a very good impression of this hotel. Whenever I pass through Seoul, I choose to stay here several times a year. This time, since my room reservation did not include breakfast, I specifically paid an additional 39,000 KRW for breakfast at check-in. However, when I went to the breakfast area at 9:40 AM the next morning, I was stopped by the staff. Despite the fact that breakfast service was about to end, they spent nearly 10 minutes verifying whether I was entitled to breakfast. Even the front desk staff were unable to confirm this immediately. By the time my eligibility was finally verified and I was allowed to enter, there were only about 10 minutes left before breakfast service ended, forcing me to eat in a rush. This was a rather unpleasant experience and reflects shortcomings in the hotel’s management and internal coordination.

優點:地點離地鐵(市政廳3號出口)走路約3分鐘,門口就有巴士站及觀光巴士相當便利,週遭餐廳相當多都是好吃的餐廳. 缺點:因為是在"市政廳"附近,入住08/27~08/31期間大.小集會 不斷 ,大集會連續六.日從08:30~15:30,剛好在飯店正門口,08:00聲量16樓都能聽到, 散場時的人潮真是讓人不敢領教.自由民主的可貴.讓人覺得唯一缺點

A great hotel, and I’m used to staying here every time I visit Seoul. However, the breakfast feels like it has declined since it was moved to a new location.

I stayed here for more than six times. Due to the location is really good. Very close to two metro stations and airport bus just in front of the hotel.
