My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this may be the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at! I mean, everything was great from the grounds to the staff to the location. There are multiple great beaches, golf courses and villages within 20 minutes of the resort. I would highly recommend the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel to anyone staying in Mallorca!

Wunderschöne Anlage für Ruhesuchende, die auf gehobene Gastronomie Wert legen. Alles ist durchdacht angelegt, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Überall trifft man auf ausschließlich sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, egal ob in den Restaurants, im Spa oder vom Facility Management.

The facilities, and the staff was wonderful, except for one unpleasant interaction at a certain moment. Food and pool were alse great!

We had a lovely last-minute stay at Cap Vermell Grand Hotel. From check-in to check-out the staff were incredibly accommodating. The rooms were spacious and comfortable - we loved our garden suite and enjoyed our private sun loungers. Although it is a newer and larger hotel, the atmosphere invokes old world charm, and the waterfall-lined pathways were a pleasure to navigate. And we have a new appreciation for Spanish food: the food in all the restaurants was delicious, even at the pool bar. We definitely hope to come again.

Luxurious suite plenty of space for family of 4, very comfortable beds and seating excellent for business use as well as our family holiday. Beautiful bathroom and extra WC. Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday.

Few minor things in the room didn't work, but overall amazing.

The hotel is far away from any beaches but the rooms are huge like having apartment and completely new. The food wasn't spectacular. Its inconvenient to get from your room to anywhere because of how expansive the hotel is. This was by far the newest and most luxurious hotel we stayed at over our 2 week visit to Spain. The rooms are awesome but the location of the hotel is very far from anything. The service is good but they don't really go the extra mile for 5 star experience.

5 Star experience taken to another level

Really enjoyed the staff, cleanliness and pool.

The negative views of this property all say the same thing: the customer service is not good and the cleanliness/maintenance of the property can be improved. 1 there was litter on the pathway outside our property all the time we were there; 2 the breakfast room staff acted as though they didn't want to be there. It frequently took 10 to 15 mins to get water and an additional 10 mins to get coffee/tea; 3 A la carte breakfast orders were uneven. We were initially told we could order something for our son that we could take up to him. The next day we couldn't; 4 one day, we were sitting outside on the patio. It began to rain lightly but that was not a problem as our table had a large umbrella/sombrero (as did others). I went inside to get some buffet items. When I came out, my husband was sitting in the rain. It emerged that a Spanish family asked for an additional umbrella and the server, without saying a word, took our umbrella to give to them. My husband was the only Black man sitting at breakfast that day. I don't want to jump to conclusions but it is difficult not to in the circumstances. When I objected to the way we had been treated, all of a sudden, we were allowed to order another take-away item for our son. 5 The gym at the hotel was not maintained. On successive days, there were no towels and on at least one day, there was no water. When I went to the reception to ask for them to replenish them, they seemed surprised to be asked.
