Overall good breakfast was ok loads of fresh stuff sausages,bacon hash browns not the best Very expensive in hotel for food and drinks Just used as a base for the duration Staff were great

I’ve been here for the past few years. At start it was amazing however I’ve noticed a lot has changed: - Staff are less friendly - Water is not free in the room. (1 can of water when you arrive only) - wear and tear not being fixed in the room - ripping off customers with drinks and ice cream (£24-35) for 2 cocktails or a small glass of wine. If you stay - go to the shop across the street and buy your Alcahol, fill it up in bottles and take to pool. As soon as we arrived the guy checking us in was real rude and shouldn’t be working with customers. The staff being blunt, too rushy and no smiles makes me feel not to go anymore. I’ve been to many Hard rocks in the states and these guys are letting it down. Good to say you stayed at “Hard rock” however they are giving it a bad name.

Hotel was everything it should be but just not our sort of place. Very busy. Long queues for restaurant. We waited for breakfast but couldn’t face it at dinner. Or the high noise levels. Just not relaxing. Teenagers loved it though. Great if you have kids

Great hotell with three different pools a beach, a nice gym, several restaurants a wide variety for breakfast and a possibility to lend a guitar or a record player. 🤘 We stayed for 13 nights, in three rooms, two had a great beach view and were spacious and modern . Only minus / negative is the beds are springy and hard. Washbasin caused a lot of water spillage around them, so we got towels to pick up the excess water. The staff was serviceminded and pleasant. They spoke English and tried to cater out needs. We rented a car on the hotel and it was a nice experience. There are shows every evening with a variety of performer's with covers from Queen, the Killers, Rolling Stones and other great bands.

We stayed 1 week bed and breakfast. The hotel was clean and orderly but you could see ware and tear in the rooms. We stayed in a Silver room. The in room music is difficult to figure out and isnt what I would consider a tailored experience as advertised. However the music was adequate. The A/C was terrible. Would not go below 19.5 and wasn't the strongest air flow. Found this difficult to sleep in, for a hot country. Breakfast buffet was the same each day with lots of options however the quality was lacking. This unfortunately detail also included, room service and the splash bar food. However the "3rd Half sports bar" had the best food and service. We were severely dissapointed in the 16th floor bar as the music was terrible, no atmosphere and the price of drinks was atrocious. We had 1 gin and tonic, and 1 whiskey and coke and it was €35. The nightly entertainment in the lobby of the hotel was the highlight of the experience. They showed the world cup matches and had live music. The band Dynamo and singer Paolo was absolutely brilliant. Our room was cleaned daily however we did not recieve a resupply of coffee for 2 days. Overall it was a pleasant stay, but just feel the hotel didn't live up to the hype we were expecting. Although we traveled as a couple I will say there we're loads of families that seemed well catered for in activities.

Nice room, nice staff especially in the club house by the big pool. Plenty of food options. You’d feel silly if you didn’t go all inclusive here as the prices for stuff is more than you’d expect. Overall 9/10 for me.

If you want average food, cockroaches in your room, even on a very high floor. Average entertainment all at a high price this is for you

Das Hotel ist super und sehr zu empfehlen. Zwei Anmerkungen, bitte in der Garage nur soviele Parkplätze vergeben wie vorhanden, einige Plätze sind so eng, dass sie nicht nutzbar sind. In einer Woche waren um 10:00 Uhr alle Liegen mit Handtücher belegt, obwohl nur wenige Personen am Pool waren. Hier sollte man entweder mehr Liegen aufstellen oder nach zwei Stunden die Liegen frei machen, wenn nur Handtücher dort liegen.

Staff fantastic and the hotel is spotless.

Highly recommend this resort for South Tenerife! While it’s not right in the middle of the main resort areas, my boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay. There’s so much to do right on the property that we never felt like we were missing out. Everything was clean, and our room was a great size with a lovely partial ocean view. We rented a car and always found convenient parking near the main entrance. The resort felt very safe to walk around at night, and staff were always present. The breakfast buffet offered tons of options and was consistently good. The staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We went with the all-inclusive package and really appreciated the free meals and drinks at their other restaurants. Hard Rock never disappoints — we’d definitely recommend it and would return!

The hotel was good, clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and rooms were sound proof and with good air conditioning. Pool were clean but small. At times they felt a bit crowded but most of the time were good in June. I imagine that July and August they would be crowder. Amenities like the Club for VIP were expensive €15 per drink! the same as the spa services. The restaurant Suena Chibo served us the worst rump stakes we ever ate at €26 per piece. Do not recommend them. There is a handy mini market in front of the hotel as well as a nice Indian and pizza place and an English style cafe. The hotel facilities are well maintained
