Fantastisch hotel. Zijn er in ontelbare geweest maar dit is wel echt de overtreffende de trap. Hadden wel Rock royalty geboekt maar écht een aanrader, apart in alle rust ontbijten, niks tekort gekomen. Alle personeel behulpzaam en ontzettend vriendelijk

The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities.

Highlights: Great music, facilities, rooms, Pilates / Yoga classes and breakfast! Lowlights: All inclusive was more of a semi all inclusive, anything more than what your mum can cook at home you have to pay a premium for. Rooftop on the 16th isn't all inclusive at all, and if you like drinking past 12pm anywhere in the hotel you best get your wallet out because you should be in bed! Don't go to the beach club for lunch, waited 45 minutes for 2 chicken wings. Female waitresses at the Adults only pool need to learn how to smile. Proper mood hoovers. Pool party on Friday was cancelled, but advertised all week in reception... don't do it that time of year apparently but maybe the waitresses couldn't be arsed. Played some beer pong instead and they then got a paddy on for ordering and drinking too much beer... The hotel needs to hire some entertainment staff for around the pool during the day. Animation team or something to light the place up a bit. Had a great time none the less, but thought it would be better.

It’s a fairly expensive hotel so you expect a certain level of food, entertainment and fun at this type of hotel but it lacked a lot. It’s an average hotel and only worth half the price. I wouldn’t come again. From cockroaches in room to smell of food throughout the hotel rooms and lack of good fun for the kids.

Here’s a structured review based on your feedback: --- **Hotel Review** **Overall Experience:** I recently stayed at this hotel during the Easter holiday, and my experience was not as expected. **Breakfast:** - Breakfast was okay, but the dining area was very busy. **Check-In Experience:** - The reception and security staff were not very helpful upon arrival. Had to carry all our luggages ourself. Food and Drink Prices: - Prices for food and drinks were excessively high for the quality offered. Pool Area: - The pool was consistently busy, and they often ran out of towels. Noise Levels: - There was loud live Hard Rock music every night until midnight, making it difficult for my kids to sleep. Theme Awareness: - I was not aware that the hotel had a strong focus on Hard Rock music, which was not suitable for our family. Kids Club: My kids only spend few hours out of 10 days stay? Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel vom 10. bis zum 14. März 2026 war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch mit einigen deutlichen Einschränkungen verbunden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist vor allem das Personal. Die Mitarbeitenden waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm im Umgang. Dieser Service hat den Aufenthalt in gewisser Weise aufgewertet und verdient ausdrücklich Anerkennung. Leider steht dem jedoch ein aus meiner Sicht deutlich überhöhtes Preisniveau gegenüber. Bereits der Preis für die Übernachtungen erschien mir im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung sehr hoch angesetzt ( pro nacht ca. 240 CHF) Auch die Preise an der Poolbar bewegten sich in einem ausgesprochen gehobenen Segment und wirkten insgesamt überteuert. Besonders enttäuschend war mein Besuch im Steakrestaurant „Montauk“. Die Preise dort waren so hoch, dass sie mir den gesamten Abend verdorben haben. Ein derartiges Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis empfand ich als unangemessen. Zusätzlich war während meines Aufenthalts eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel in Betrieb. Von morgens bis abends wurde dort Fels mit einem Bagger abgetragen. Die dadurch entstehende Lärmbelastung war deutlich wahrnehmbar und beeinträchtigte die Ruhe erheblich. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt akzeptabel, vor allem dank des sehr freundlichen Personals. Dennoch stehen die hohen Preise, das aus meiner Sicht schwache Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die Baustellenlärmbelastung einer besseren Gesamtbewertung

Had to carry all our luggages ourself. Food and Drink Prices: - Prices for food and drinks were excessively high for the quality offered. Pool Area: - The pool was consistently busy, and they often ran out of towels. Noise Levels: - There was loud live Hard Rock music every night until midnight, making it difficult for my kids to sleep. Theme Awareness: - I was not aware that the hotel had a strong focus on Hard Rock music, which was not suitable for our family. Kids Club: My kids only spend few hours out of 10 days stay? Conclusion: Overall, I won’t be returning to this hotel.

The hotel is good overall, the pools and facilities are excellent but the food and drink in the restaurants is pretty average. Also, they close the main pool area all day for private events which is annoying.

Schönes Hotel, vielseitiges Essen, leider oftmals kalt. Lage sehr schön und tolle Aussicht auf die Landschaft, ein Auto ist jedoch sinnvoll, wenn man von Teneriffa etwas sehen möchte. Wir hätten gerne auch spanische traditionelle Darbietungen gesehen.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel vom 10. bis zum 14. März 2026 war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch mit einigen deutlichen Einschränkungen verbunden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist vor allem das Personal. Die Mitarbeitenden waren während des gesamten Aufenthalts stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und angenehm im Umgang. Dieser Service hat den Aufenthalt in gewisser Weise aufgewertet und verdient ausdrücklich Anerkennung. Leider steht dem jedoch ein aus meiner Sicht deutlich überhöhtes Preisniveau gegenüber. Bereits der Preis für die Übernachtungen erschien mir im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Leistung sehr hoch angesetzt ( pro nacht ca. 240 CHF) Auch die Preise an der Poolbar bewegten sich in einem ausgesprochen gehobenen Segment und wirkten insgesamt überteuert. Besonders enttäuschend war mein Besuch im Steakrestaurant „Montauk“. Die Preise dort waren so hoch, dass sie mir den gesamten Abend verdorben haben. Ein derartiges Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis empfand ich als unangemessen. Zusätzlich war während meines Aufenthalts eine Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel in Betrieb. Von morgens bis abends wurde dort Fels mit einem Bagger abgetragen. Die dadurch entstehende Lärmbelastung war deutlich wahrnehmbar und beeinträchtigte die Ruhe erheblich. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt akzeptabel, vor allem dank des sehr freundlichen Personals. Dennoch stehen die hohen Preise, das aus meiner Sicht schwache Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die Baustellenlärmbelastung einer besseren Gesamtbewertung
