Superb stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, super friendly and welcoming service, great attention to detail and super helpful. The room was incredible with a stunning view of the sea. The hotel had so much to do and both the breakfast and dinner had tons of options. Would definitely recommend staying here. Want to say a special thank you to Karina, Daniel and Ainhoa for the fantastic service during our stay.

We had a jacuzzi bath that poured out dark gunk into the bath water, which required a good hour of cleaning. The drinking glasses in the room were not clean. I raised concerns with the desk and they did not apologise, nor did the cleanliness improve. Thoroughly disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. Otherwise a reasonable hotel, although not worth the price pre-discount.

For a five star hotel, I found the service poor, when I reported torn/hole in the duvet cover, safe not working, and the car parking QR code not working, it was met with little concern from the receptionist. The room itself was fine, pool area ok, the waitress first encounter with me was to say ‘yes’ instead of what would you like to order. Breakfast is manic, tea/coffee is self service. Compared to hard rock ibiza, Tenerife hard rock felt like a four star. I don’t think it’s worth the money that it charges for some dates. We wouldn’t return there….they said they would email when we could check in, they didn’t. We don’t usually complain about hotels…. This just didn’t live up to the expected standard….

The room was great and staff also very good. No complaints there! A few things I would have expected from a 5 star hotel. Would be complimentary bottles of water in your room. We did have on arrival but never got replaced and I would have expected it to! The pricing for the drinks was completely ridiculous. 12 euro for Heineken lager( not an even a premium lager) the cheapest lager about. And everyone one I did get ( not many as I refuse to pay the prices). was completely flat!! 4.50 euro for a 200ml bottle of coke!! For this reason I’ll not be back.

Booked as a mini December winter sun break. The hotel is amazing. Spacious, modern, clean. The staff all very inviting and friendly. Our suite was beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony really made this little break the best one ever. The buffet breakfast - so much choice we didn't know where to start. Would recommend to anyone. The hot tub upgrade is more than worth it. Turned a normal little break into something very special. Really spoiled us when it comes to what we look at booking in future!!

Spent 3 nights , check in staff were nice. Noticed ants in room. Food & drinks extremely expensive if not on all inclusive package.
