Très belle chambre

Kamer was fantastisch en elke dag brandschoon opgemaakt. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en een prachtig zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie zwembaden en voorzieningen. Ook heerlijk wandelen op de wandelboulevard langs de kust.

Every thing was excellent management were very helpful in establishing the root cause of a booking problem. Only criticism was the in house prices of the bar & poolside drinks and sessions restaurant in the evening €45 each excluding drinks was very expensive considering the quality and variety of the food served

Great hotel with a complementary upgrade given as part of the hotels.com loyalty. Lots of subbeds at main pool and the lower beach pool. Overall a great stay!

Great room, great service, great main restaurant, great pools so overall an excellent rating. A slight negative. The other restaurants a let down. All menus and location mingled into one.

The hotel had everything we wanted for our break and the room was great, with the hot tub included.

Positives: nice room and drinks at the beach bar. Negatives: Limited food option,I had to walk around several times to find something to eat.No special food for Christmas.No DJ by the pool at Christmas day.No special enterntainment. Room was cleaned twice in our 4 night stay.2nd clean I have requested twice on the app and eventually had to go to reception to aak for it.Even so bed sheets wasn't changed once.My husband had elbow bleed and was sleeping all 4 night on the blood stains.Room wasn't dusted - even glass bedside cabinets.Coffee pots and drinks were refilled once. Staff at the sessions restaurant.I was told off for seating at the empty table when no waiters were around ,making me feel embarrased like a naughty child.Plates were taken away couple of times even thought we didn't finish our meal.Another time there were no cuttlery at the table ,my husband went to the bar and asked for the forks and was rold off by the waiter that he doesn't know were the forks are.Husband asked again : how come yoi don't know aren't you working here? And reaponce was : I do work here ,but I don't give a f...ck - in those exact words. All those issues were raised with manager Diana ,who didn't want to help at all .She said that nobody else complaining ,which made us feel as liars.We seen people complaining at the reception several times during our stay.Embarrasing again ,as we just raised up someting needs attention amd improvement ,as service in the several parts of the hotel is afwul.

The staff were excellent, so efficient, friendly and quick to respond.

Second time at the Hard Rock Tenerife. First time was back in 2018 with my then teenaged daughter on half board and this time with my partner on all inclusive. Two very different experiences. If going all inclusive you need to study the app like an easy exam. The restrictions, the times for à la carte, the 30% discounts and what you can drink on AI in one restaurant you may have to pay for in another. The one buffet restaurant has the same recycled food breakfast, lunch and dinner. Remember the À la carte restaurants are with a 30% discount or very lack lustre. It overall made the experience less enjoyable. I don’t normally book all inclusive as I like to explore and dine out but this short break over the festive was supposed to be chilled. Staff were ok. Can’t say anyone stood out or made the trip remarkable. The hotel was more on a revenue drive than service to its actual guests, which is a shame as I enjoyed it first time round but would not recommend unless it’s for the festive period or the events they host throughout the year. On the plus side the NYE party and the buffet was fantastic. If ever I was to return to a Hardrock Hotel I would do 1 overnight only to bring in the New Year.

Everything was excellent

Breakfast was really good - lots of choice. Pool's really nice - only downside is people reserving loungers & not being there for over 2 hours - Hard Rock need to look at this.

The room was lovely staff were amazing

The room was perfect with such a huge, comfy bed. Overall vibe in the hotel was great. The New Year's event, which was unexpected to us, was fantastic. A joy to stay:)

Wir haben im Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife übernachtet und von einem Fünf Sterne Hotel entsprechend hohe Standards erwartet. Leider wurden wir massiv enttäuscht. Während unseres Aufenthalts sind 400 Euro Bargeld aus unserem Zimmer verschwunden. In dem betreffenden Zeitraum hatte ausschließlich das Reinigungspersonal Zugang zum Zimmer. Wir haben den Vorfall umgehend beim Hotelmanagement gemeldet und ein persönliches Gespräch mit der Managerin geführt. Die Reaktion war äußerst kühl und enttäuschend. Uns wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, wir müssten zur Polizei gehen, das war alles. Keine erkennbare interne Untersuchung, keine Unterstützung, keine Empathie und keinerlei Verantwortungsübernahme seitens des Hotels. Gerade bei einem Fünf Sterne Hotel erwartet man, dass Sicherheitsstandards ernst genommen werden und dass das Management zumindest versucht, den Vorfall aufzuklären oder dem Gast entgegenzukommen. Stattdessen hatte man das Gefühl, bewusst auf Distanz zu gehen und jegliche Verantwortung von sich zu weisen. Als Gast verlässt man sich darauf, dass persönliche Gegenstände im Hotelzimmer sicher sind. In unserem Fall blieb der Eindruck zurück, dass das Reinigungspersonal entwenden kann, was es möchte, während der Gast allein gelassen wird und keinerlei Schutz erfährt. Dieses Erlebnis hat unser Vertrauen vollständig zerstört. Wir können das Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife leider in keiner Weise weiterempfehlen. Das Verhalten des Managements entspricht nicht dem Anspruch eines Fünf Sterne
