This is a 3 to 3½-star hotel, not a 4-star by any stretch. The rooms are a mishmash—some are clean and well-maintained, while others are rundown, particularly noticeable in the bathrooms, furniture, and carpets. There is no room service, bar, or other amenities typically found in a four-star hotel. The staff are not particularly customer-oriented, especially when comparing the service and overall experience to well-known four-star hotels like the Hilton Barcelona or Renaissance Barcelona. However, it is a fair hotel for what you are paying. Clearly needs capital investment to bring it to a proper four star level.

Todo correcto, habitación amplia , buena cama y buen baño. El acceso al parking cerrado es estrecho e insuficiente para vehículos grandes o furgonetas. Para salir no hay espacio sin hacer un par de maniobras. Una lastima, no es digno de un hotel 4 estrellas.

El hotel esta bien y el desayuno correcto. El “unico” problema? Cuando vas a un hotel a una noche esperas poder dormir, llegué casi a las 3 de la madrugada y a las 7:30 ya estaba despierto porque en la ventana faltaba mas de la mitad de la cortina opaca y entraba muchisima luz. Lo peor? Al salir a desayunar se lo comunico a la camarera de habitaciones y me dice: si señor, ya lo sabemos estamos esperando que lo reparen. Como entregan una habitación donde apenas se puede dormir?
