The checkin, was very helpful and welcoming. The room had a feautiful seaview, and two comfortable double beds. The front of the hotel has a beatitiful view of garden and sea.

A very good experience overall - the location was excellent, the covered pool was great for the kids, and the breakfast was varied. However, the cleanliness could have been better, our room was not cleaned very well during our stay. The service at the hotel was also not particularly impressive.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing, lots of good options. Water park was closed when we got there, so kids were not able to use it. Beach area is pretty good, lots of souvenier shops closeby.

Fantastic restaurant with a great selection of good food and very attentive staff. The best half board restaurant I have ever used. Modern hotel and very clean. Rooms large and all have good views. Room was too hot in March as Air-conditioning was not switched on and road noise prevents leaving door open. Hotel also poor at responding to emails.

Hotel voldoet nog niet aan een vier sterren. Qua uiterlijk en kamers wel, echter kan er vwb het eten in het standaard restaurant nog wel wst verbeteren om aan vier sterren te voldoen. Verse vis lag er verkleurd en onaantrekkelijk bij, vers vlees doorgaans hetzelfde en buffet weinig variatie. Personeel aan receptie en housekeeping vriendelijk en service gericht echter het personeel aan de bar en in t restaurant kunnen nog wel wat scholing krijgen om aan vier sterren te voldoen.

Værelse og altan var rigtig fint og rent.
Morgenbuffet var varieret men også lidt kedelig.
Æg var godt men bacon var ikke sprødt.
Frugt til yoghurt var fra dåse. Det bør være friskskåret. Det ville være dejligt med noget groft brød med kerner. Næsten kun lyst brød.
Jeres bedste pladser i morgenbuffeten var ikke tilgængelige. Tror at mange gerne vil sidde med udsigt over havet og der hvor der var mindst larm. Virkelig mærkelig prioritering at lukke det afsnit. Man kunne bare have lukket i den anden ende.
morgenbuffet var samlet set ok, men heller ikke mere end det.
Spaen var lukket og var ikke tilgængelig. Ærgerligt, idet det var derfor vi havde valgt dette hotel.
Ellers var der også meget godt og rart. Lækkert poolområde, men afslapningsstedets madrasser ned mod stranden var våde og blev ikke tørret af for fuglelivet, så gæsterne gik uden om dem selvom der manglede pladser.
Alt i alt et ok ophold og særligt godt for vores forældre på 78 år som også var med og nød opholdet.

Despite the room and hotel looking perfectly nice, I wouldn’t stay here again. We paid for both breakfast and dinner, the food was okay and there was a range of options which would cater for most. However, the staff were incredibly hostile to us, although perfectly nice to others, which ruined our stay. Throughout our stay here we grew to believe it was ageism, coming to this conclusion after we (two young women) were followed late at night by the hotels own security guard. This behaviour is disgusting and throughly scared us (as it would any other young women), particularly after coming into the hotel wanting to feel safe and secure. Furthermore, the area the hotel is situated in is not the nicest of areas so I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you wish to complete activities or sight see locally.

Zowel het hotel als de kamer waren schoon! Het rook ook fris en lekker. Vriendelijk personeel. Denken ook met je mee. Voor 4 dagen, vonden wij het eten wel gevarieerd. Wij hadden de premiumkamer/bandje, waardoor we ook het uiterste hebben genoten van de extra faciliteiten en restaurants. Enige min puntje is dat er in de douche geen conditioneer is, dus alleen shower gel en shampoo.
